Information you share with us

We collect information you submit through website forms, including your name, email address, phone number, message, and what you are interested in. We also receive information you choose to submit through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you allow optional analytics, we collect basic information about public website visits and general interactions.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, send requested property information, arrange tours, and follow up about real estate services. Leads are stored in our customer relationship management system, Follow Up Boss.

We may share details with the builder of a community you asked about—for example, Keelty Homes for The Villas at Woodbrook—only to answer your request. We do not sell personal information.

Optional analytics and cookies

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics in our consent notice. Without your permission, it does not load or set analytics cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, as supported by the website’s consent controls.

You can refuse analytics by choosing No thanks. To change your choice or withdraw permission later, select Analytics preferences in the website footer and choose No thanks. You can continue using the website and its inquiry forms without allowing analytics.

If advertising measurement tools, such as Meta’s Facebook and Instagram measurement tools, are used on this website, they follow the same opt-in, refusal, withdrawal, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track rules. This statement does not mean that those tools are currently active.

Third-party tools and links

The Homebot home-value widget and YouTube interview embeds are provided by other companies and have their own privacy policies. Facebook and Instagram also apply their own policies to information submitted through their lead forms.
