Personal Background
Matt is a top producing Realtor, ranking in the Top 1% across all brokerages in Maryland & the Nation, and is CEO of the Matt Rhine Group of Keller Williams Legacy. He is a native of Western Howard County in Maryland and grew up on a fifth generation dairy farm near the Howard County Fair Grounds.
Currently, Matt lives in Lutherville, Maryland with his wife, Rebecca, a Registered Dietitian, and their three young children, Charlie, Henry & June. When not working, Matt and his family enjoy living a very active lifestyle by running, biking and playing tennis. They do their best to carve out time to travel and attend local sporting events and concerts with friends and family.
Professional Background
Matt attended the University of Delaware and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance. He began his professional career in Pharmaceutical Sales in the Neuroscience division of Eli Lilly & Company with most of Maryland as his territory at one point or another. After six years of top sales training and experience there, he transitioned into his real estate career. Matt earned his real estate license and later upgraded it to an associate broker license in order to assist clients at a higher level. Matt's passion was evident from the start, named Rookie of the Year by his first brokerage and quickly became recognized as a Top Producer across all brokerages, ranking in the top 1%. Matt has also been named Best of Zillow every year since 2017 and also continues to be recognized as a Top Performer in Best of Baltimore magazine. Matt was featured on the cover of the October 2024 edition of Baltimore Real Producers Magazine. After more than 17 years of experience as a Realtor and a multiple real estate business owner, avid investor and developer, real estate has become his life’s true, professional passion.
In recent years, Matt created the Matt Rhine Group, LLC of Keller Williams Legacy in order to lead other talented agents toward the successful, life-changing opportunity that real estate has to offer. He is dedicated to passing along the leadership, tools and systems he has learned to other agents so that they can reach their highest potential. He entered real estate years ago because it has always been a goal of his to assist people in some of the largest decisions of their life. He looks forward to bringing his years of customer service to the Matt Rhine Group to help achieve the best possible results for our customers!
Scott graduated from Waynesburg University where he received his BA. Moving to Maryland in 2010 he quickly fell in love with all the great things the area has to offer and knew that this would be his forever home!
In Scott's free time, he enjoys being with family and friends and traveling to various locations. He also loves working with local charities by organizing fundraisers to help raise money for a great cause.
