Read the architecture, not just the address
The Trust's district record identifies both the former Lutherville Female Seminary and the railroad station as works by architect Thomas Dixon. Its inventory is a useful starting point for understanding how the village developed. When considering a particular home, compare the actual property with the official district information rather than extending the historic designation to a larger postal area.
