[00:00:00] Speaker: It's just fascinating. [music] I think

[00:00:01] Speaker: people that if you're considering

[00:00:02] Speaker: Disney, either just to go by yourself or

[00:00:05] Speaker: with couples, like I've been there and

[00:00:07] Speaker: I'm shocked that not everyone has kids,

[00:00:09] Speaker: right?

[00:00:09] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:00:09] Speaker: >> It's like so much information on Disney

[00:00:11] Speaker: [music]

[00:00:12] Speaker: and you never know who to trust and

[00:00:14] Speaker: there's something negative about

[00:00:16] Speaker: everything. Like it's [music] just a

[00:00:18] Speaker: horrible comment after horrible comment

[00:00:20] Speaker: >> and I didn't know what to do. I It's

[00:00:21] Speaker: nerve-wracking. And this is real money.

[00:00:23] Speaker: Like Disney is not inexpensive.

[00:00:24] Speaker: >> No, it's not. and the amount of stress

[00:00:27] Speaker: and angst [music] as you're walking

[00:00:29] Speaker: around. And I remembered feeling so

[00:00:32] Speaker: relieved the second time because we had

[00:00:34] Speaker: someone [music] actually clicking the

[00:00:35] Speaker: buttons and all they did was I think now

[00:00:37] Speaker: that you've heard explained it, they

[00:00:39] Speaker: were just as we [music] were at one they

[00:00:40] Speaker: were booking the next and they knew

[00:00:42] Speaker: which rides to go first, which rides

[00:00:44] Speaker: might be slow in the afternoon.

[00:00:46] Speaker: >> Exactly.

[00:00:46] Speaker: >> And you just said you check these line

[00:00:48] Speaker: times every day.

[00:00:49] Speaker: >> Every day.

[00:00:50] Speaker: >> How many times have you probably been to

[00:00:51] Speaker: the [music] park in your life? I mean

[00:00:53] Speaker: >> I in my life or this year. Um [laughter]

[00:00:55] Speaker: there's a way to do Disney right that

[00:00:57] Speaker: [music] you want to go back. It's the

[00:00:59] Speaker: Disney blues is real. But if you have to

[00:01:01] Speaker: do it right to want that,

[00:01:02] Speaker: >> correct?

[00:01:03] Speaker: >> Um [music]

[00:01:04] Speaker: so it's it's every family it's about

[00:01:06] Speaker: finding what their perfect vacation

[00:01:08] Speaker: [music]

[00:01:09] Speaker: looks like for them. And that's what we

[00:01:11] Speaker: do.

[00:01:19] Speaker: [music]

[00:01:20] Speaker: >> Hello everybody. This is Matt Ryme with

[00:01:22] Speaker: All Roads Lead to Real Estate and I have

[00:01:25] Speaker: an what I like to call an adjacent

[00:01:27] Speaker: [music] guest to real estate and it's

[00:01:29] Speaker: someone that um whose husband is in real

[00:01:31] Speaker: estate. So, someone that I know and uh

[00:01:34] Speaker: and so today's guest is someone [music]

[00:01:36] Speaker: that I met because I personally, you

[00:01:38] Speaker: know, with my wife were looking for a

[00:01:40] Speaker: fabulous vacation and of course we have

[00:01:42] Speaker: three [music] young kids. We wanted to

[00:01:43] Speaker: go back to Disney, a place that I never

[00:01:46] Speaker: unfortunately had the opportunity to go

[00:01:48] Speaker: as a child. It was crazy, out of our

[00:01:50] Speaker: budget, [music] didn't know what to do,

[00:01:52] Speaker: whatever. So now as an adult, um it was

[00:01:54] Speaker: a goal that if we had kids, we'd get an

[00:01:56] Speaker: opportunity to go to Disney. And so I

[00:01:58] Speaker: was fortunate enough to meet you on the

[00:02:00] Speaker: on the interwebs [music] and learned our

[00:02:01] Speaker: connection. I think we might even be

[00:02:03] Speaker: distant cousins

[00:02:04] Speaker: >> somehow. We're cousins with the same

[00:02:05] Speaker: cousins somehow.

[00:02:06] Speaker: >> Cousins of cousins. So welcome to

[00:02:08] Speaker: Maryland, people. Um [laughter] so, uh

[00:02:10] Speaker: this is Danielle Treadmill.

[00:02:12] Speaker: >> Treadwell.

[00:02:12] Speaker: >> Treadwell, sorry. Um, and basically

[00:02:16] Speaker: [music] what you do uh for folks is to

[00:02:19] Speaker: help them, guide them through the Disney

[00:02:22] Speaker: experience. Correct.

[00:02:23] Speaker: >> Yes.

[00:02:24] Speaker: >> And so it's a unique thing. And for

[00:02:26] Speaker: those of you that have been to Disney,

[00:02:27] Speaker: you know, you might need some help. And

[00:02:29] Speaker: >> it's ever changing. [music]

[00:02:31] Speaker: >> It's ever changing. And so you're the

[00:02:33] Speaker: reason I wanted to invite you cuz I

[00:02:34] Speaker: haven't had someone that's been in your

[00:02:36] Speaker: industry yet um on here on the podcast

[00:02:39] Speaker: is that you are a wealth of knowledge.

[00:02:40] Speaker: you're like crazy passionate about what

[00:02:42] Speaker: you do and your story that you share

[00:02:44] Speaker: [music] with me of why you love Disney

[00:02:46] Speaker: in the first place and how what it

[00:02:47] Speaker: speaks to you personally and [music] now

[00:02:50] Speaker: you have kids of your own and you get to

[00:02:51] Speaker: do it you know as an adult and it's just

[00:02:54] Speaker: fascinating I think people that if

[00:02:55] Speaker: you're considering Disney either just to

[00:02:57] Speaker: go by yourself or with couples like I've

[00:03:00] Speaker: been there and I'm shocked that not

[00:03:01] Speaker: everyone has kids right

[00:03:03] Speaker: >> yeah oh I'm a Disney adult I I go

[00:03:05] Speaker: probably more times in a year with just

[00:03:07] Speaker: myself or friends than with my kids but

[00:03:09] Speaker: they're [music] not deprived.

[00:03:11] Speaker: >> They're doing just fine.

[00:03:12] Speaker: >> Yeah. So, it's it's uh I think this

[00:03:14] Speaker: could be for everyone. And there's so

[00:03:16] Speaker: many little hidden gems. The first time

[00:03:17] Speaker: I went, I had no help whatsoever. And I

[00:03:20] Speaker: just went with my oldest son. He just

[00:03:22] Speaker: turned five. I was like, I'm going. And

[00:03:25] Speaker: I just took him. We snuck away. And um I

[00:03:28] Speaker: did it the like we had a great time, but

[00:03:30] Speaker: boy, I just knew I needed to do it

[00:03:32] Speaker: differently cuz I I will look to other

[00:03:34] Speaker: people that seem to know what they were

[00:03:35] Speaker: doing. And I feel like they had such a

[00:03:37] Speaker: great experience. and I did my research

[00:03:39] Speaker: when I got home, which is the opposite

[00:03:41] Speaker: of what I should have done.

[00:03:42] Speaker: >> Right.

[00:03:43] Speaker: >> And so, basically, you know, I want to

[00:03:46] Speaker: get a little bit of your credentials.

[00:03:47] Speaker: So, you've you've been doing this at

[00:03:49] Speaker: least professionally for four years now,

[00:03:51] Speaker: right?

[00:03:51] Speaker: >> Yes.

[00:03:52] Speaker: >> And so, you've helped how many guests,

[00:03:54] Speaker: do you think at this point?

[00:03:55] Speaker: >> Oh gosh. Uh,

[00:03:58] Speaker: hundreds. I mean,

[00:03:59] Speaker: >> hundreds of Yeah.

[00:04:01] Speaker: >> officially and unofficially.

[00:04:02] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:04:03] Speaker: >> Yeah. A lot.

[00:04:04] Speaker: >> A lot. And so, and you're with an

[00:04:06] Speaker: organization, um, and it's Platinum

[00:04:08] Speaker: Mouse. Is that right?

[00:04:09] Speaker: >> Yes.

[00:04:10] Speaker: >> And so, tell me a little bit about

[00:04:11] Speaker: Platinum Mouse.

[00:04:12] Speaker: >> So, Platinum Mouse, um, we're based out

[00:04:14] Speaker: of Texas, but there's agents all over

[00:04:16] Speaker: the states. There's about 20 of us. And,

[00:04:18] Speaker: uh, the agency itself is an allergy

[00:04:20] Speaker: focused agency, and that's how the

[00:04:22] Speaker: owner, Lizzie, got started. Um, she has

[00:04:24] Speaker: a daughter that is, um, has an

[00:04:26] Speaker: anaphylactic allergy to dairy and a

[00:04:29] Speaker: couple other things. So she went to Walt

[00:04:31] Speaker: Disney World the first time and really

[00:04:33] Speaker: found that there was nowhere else in the

[00:04:35] Speaker: world that accommodated a child with

[00:04:38] Speaker: allergies and they take it so seriously

[00:04:40] Speaker: and she just became so passionate about

[00:04:42] Speaker: it and found that there's parents like

[00:04:45] Speaker: her that need that help. Um so that's

[00:04:48] Speaker: how she fell into being a travel agent

[00:04:50] Speaker: and then she opened her own. Um and so

[00:04:53] Speaker: there's a lot of us agents that work in

[00:04:56] Speaker: that realm. My daughter also has an

[00:04:58] Speaker: anaphylactic allergy as well. So, and my

[00:05:00] Speaker: nephew. [clears throat] So, there's

[00:05:02] Speaker: nowhere else in the world that this chef

[00:05:04] Speaker: comes out and works directly with the

[00:05:06] Speaker: child. And if that child wants an ice

[00:05:08] Speaker: cream sundae because the one next to

[00:05:09] Speaker: them has an ice cream sundae, Disney

[00:05:11] Speaker: will make it happen. And that child will

[00:05:12] Speaker: know no different. So, that's how she

[00:05:15] Speaker: fell into it. That's how I actually

[00:05:16] Speaker: found the agency because my again my

[00:05:19] Speaker: nephew followed her. my my sister-in-law

[00:05:22] Speaker: followed her and she recommended that

[00:05:23] Speaker: agency to me and then I reached out and

[00:05:25] Speaker: then

[00:05:26] Speaker: >> Wow.

[00:05:26] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:05:27] Speaker: >> Well, the website's gorgeous and you

[00:05:29] Speaker: could tell it was a large organization

[00:05:30] Speaker: that kind of knew what they were doing.

[00:05:32] Speaker: So, congrats to her that that she was

[00:05:34] Speaker: able to to build it out as successfully

[00:05:36] Speaker: as she has. But,

[00:05:37] Speaker: >> you know, it's just it's so nice to have

[00:05:39] Speaker: a resource and and we were commenting

[00:05:42] Speaker: right before we went on air just in

[00:05:43] Speaker: terms of travel agents in general. It's

[00:05:46] Speaker: just one of those industries that a lot

[00:05:48] Speaker: of people I don't think even think about

[00:05:49] Speaker: anymore because it we have access to

[00:05:51] Speaker: book these hotels and to book our

[00:05:53] Speaker: tickets. We can do all this ourselves.

[00:05:55] Speaker: >> Exactly. And a lot of people the first

[00:05:57] Speaker: question there was like well how do you

[00:05:58] Speaker: get paid and why would I pay for a

[00:06:00] Speaker: travel agent when I can click the

[00:06:01] Speaker: buttons too? I can do my own research.

[00:06:03] Speaker: And I think that's the biggest

[00:06:04] Speaker: misunderstanding

[00:06:06] Speaker: specific to Disney and that's where I'm

[00:06:08] Speaker: exclusive to is Disney destinations and

[00:06:10] Speaker: Universal. Um but you're paying for a

[00:06:13] Speaker: travel agent whether you use one or not.

[00:06:15] Speaker: I mean, in your industry, it's like a

[00:06:16] Speaker: buyer's agent. The seller's going to pay

[00:06:17] Speaker: you whether you're represented or not.

[00:06:19] Speaker: Pay the or budget to pay a buyer's

[00:06:22] Speaker: agent. So, why not use one? Um, same

[00:06:24] Speaker: thing. Disney's going to budget in their

[00:06:26] Speaker: packages to pay a travel agent should

[00:06:28] Speaker: you use one or not. So, why not? It's

[00:06:30] Speaker: there for you to to utilize. And every

[00:06:33] Speaker: travel agent's different. I mean, the

[00:06:34] Speaker: way I do it, I pretty much hold your

[00:06:36] Speaker: hand the whole way through. The only

[00:06:38] Speaker: thing I can't logistically do is book

[00:06:40] Speaker: your flights or a rental car, but I'm

[00:06:42] Speaker: happy to advise you on that. But we will

[00:06:44] Speaker: book transfers and uh lightning lanes

[00:06:46] Speaker: and advanced dining and the whole way

[00:06:48] Speaker: through we hold each other's hand and

[00:06:50] Speaker: >> well that's something I want to repeat.

[00:06:52] Speaker: I don't want people to because that's so

[00:06:54] Speaker: important and it once I figured that out

[00:06:56] Speaker: and that it takes some digging. It it I

[00:06:58] Speaker: don't think that's super obvious for

[00:06:59] Speaker: most of us that are actively looking to

[00:07:02] Speaker: make plan a trip.

[00:07:03] Speaker: >> This is something I you know I've hired

[00:07:05] Speaker: you. That's how I met you, right? So I I

[00:07:07] Speaker: did my research and and found you that

[00:07:08] Speaker: way. I didn't have to pay a separate

[00:07:10] Speaker: fee. It's built in. And if I elected to

[00:07:13] Speaker: do it on my own with no help at all and

[00:07:16] Speaker: just try to figure it out, I wouldn't

[00:07:18] Speaker: have had a discount. It's not like they

[00:07:19] Speaker: said, "Here's 20% off." Like,

[00:07:22] Speaker: >> it that's not the way it works.

[00:07:23] Speaker: >> No, it's the same dollars, same package.

[00:07:26] Speaker: >> It's the same package, right? And so, I

[00:07:28] Speaker: just think that's very important for

[00:07:30] Speaker: everyone to understand. And so, and just

[00:07:32] Speaker: going through the experience. I've done

[00:07:34] Speaker: it on my own and I had no idea. I'm I'm

[00:07:37] Speaker: down the rabbit hole of YouTube and

[00:07:39] Speaker: Google vid, you know, Google and then

[00:07:41] Speaker: the YouTube videos are just there's too

[00:07:43] Speaker: many. It's like so much information on

[00:07:45] Speaker: Disney and you never know who to trust

[00:07:47] Speaker: and there's something negative about

[00:07:49] Speaker: everything. Like it's just horrible

[00:07:52] Speaker: comment after horrible comment

[00:07:53] Speaker: >> and I didn't know what to do. I It's

[00:07:55] Speaker: nerve-wracking and this is real money.

[00:07:56] Speaker: Like Disney is not inexpensive.

[00:07:58] Speaker: >> No, it's not. It's definitely It's not.

[00:08:01] Speaker: It's a lot of money and you want it to

[00:08:03] Speaker: go towards something special and you

[00:08:04] Speaker: want to have your research done,

[00:08:06] Speaker: >> right?

[00:08:06] Speaker: >> So,

[00:08:07] Speaker: >> well, so that that hopefully is enough

[00:08:09] Speaker: reason for people to at least check out

[00:08:11] Speaker: um your information and we're going to

[00:08:12] Speaker: put this um as well in all the tags and

[00:08:14] Speaker: and in the description so you can find

[00:08:17] Speaker: Danielle and her service. And so,

[00:08:20] Speaker: essentially, how does it start? So,

[00:08:21] Speaker: let's Well, actually, before I get

[00:08:23] Speaker: there, let's first go why you're doing

[00:08:24] Speaker: this. cuz when I learned that it all

[00:08:26] Speaker: made sense cuz I don't think even though

[00:08:28] Speaker: I appreciate Disney

[00:08:30] Speaker: >> I'm not the guy like I love selling I I

[00:08:31] Speaker: I don't think I'd be the person that

[00:08:33] Speaker: people would call to ask about Disney.

[00:08:35] Speaker: So help me understand your connection to

[00:08:37] Speaker: the Disney as a brand and kind of what

[00:08:39] Speaker: it means to you.

[00:08:40] Speaker: >> Yeah. So um I was I grew up in a family

[00:08:43] Speaker: that love Disney. So my dad and my mom

[00:08:45] Speaker: took me by myself. I'm a family of one

[00:08:48] Speaker: of four. So they took me on my first

[00:08:50] Speaker: special Danielle trip when I was three.

[00:08:52] Speaker: Um, and then they took us every year.

[00:08:55] Speaker: And then as I got a little bit older,

[00:08:56] Speaker: every other year. And then when I turned

[00:08:58] Speaker: 18, dad stopped paying. So Danielle

[00:09:00] Speaker: stopped going. And then I had my own

[00:09:03] Speaker: child and I was like, I'm itching to go.

[00:09:05] Speaker: I have to go. And as soon as I took him

[00:09:08] Speaker: and I saw what my parents experienced,

[00:09:10] Speaker: it was over. It was Pandora's box. I had

[00:09:12] Speaker: to get back there. And then um you know

[00:09:15] Speaker: my prior world was a financial analyst

[00:09:17] Speaker: and then the pandemic happened and I

[00:09:20] Speaker: wanted passion over what I'm I'm very

[00:09:23] Speaker: good at this but I'm passionate about

[00:09:25] Speaker: this but I was very good at a financial

[00:09:27] Speaker: financial analyst but I wasn't

[00:09:29] Speaker: passionate about it. Um so I just wanted

[00:09:32] Speaker: that shift and this has brought me so

[00:09:35] Speaker: much joy, my family so much joy. We've

[00:09:37] Speaker: created so many memories. I've met so

[00:09:39] Speaker: many people and I'm a part of their

[00:09:40] Speaker: vacations. Honestly, other than just

[00:09:42] Speaker: being there physically, I feel like it's

[00:09:44] Speaker: our vacation.

[00:09:45] Speaker: >> Yeah. And and you said that because

[00:09:47] Speaker: you're obviously married to someone that

[00:09:50] Speaker: does my job, right? So, you get to hear

[00:09:52] Speaker: some of the just there's there's

[00:09:54] Speaker: troubles, right? There's a lot of

[00:09:55] Speaker: anxiety and there's back and forth about

[00:09:57] Speaker: inspections and

[00:09:58] Speaker: >> Oh, yes. it there can be um it's a whole

[00:10:00] Speaker: different world of anxiety and and

[00:10:03] Speaker: pressure sometimes in that those

[00:10:05] Speaker: conversations that in yours is are

[00:10:07] Speaker: typically planning the best part of

[00:10:08] Speaker: their whole year.

[00:10:09] Speaker: >> I am blessed that my client interactions

[00:10:11] Speaker: are always the best. If they had a bad

[00:10:13] Speaker: day, I don't know about it because this

[00:10:15] Speaker: is what they look forward to is to talk

[00:10:16] Speaker: to me about their vacations because

[00:10:18] Speaker: that's what they need,

[00:10:19] Speaker: >> right?

[00:10:20] Speaker: >> Yeah. and you I can just tell you having

[00:10:22] Speaker: had those conversations with you u prior

[00:10:24] Speaker: to today it's such a relief when you

[00:10:27] Speaker: actually have an answer and an opinion

[00:10:29] Speaker: to all these questions as a consumer

[00:10:32] Speaker: that is so important I didn't have to

[00:10:34] Speaker: Google I did once like I'm so confident

[00:10:36] Speaker: after you spoke to me we did not even

[00:10:38] Speaker: verify so Lord knows we're going to go

[00:10:40] Speaker: later this year so we'll maybe I'll

[00:10:42] Speaker: revisit this conversation but we felt so

[00:10:45] Speaker: comfortable with what you shared because

[00:10:47] Speaker: you you just know what you kind of

[00:10:49] Speaker: interview us figure out the children.

[00:10:52] Speaker: Figure out who you know what what are

[00:10:53] Speaker: you specifically looking for

[00:10:55] Speaker: >> what type of vacation you want. I mean

[00:10:56] Speaker: you could have a Disney adult vacation,

[00:10:58] Speaker: you could have a girls trip. You could

[00:11:00] Speaker: have a family trip. You could have a

[00:11:02] Speaker: family trip with older children. So it's

[00:11:04] Speaker: really what you need. It's very unique

[00:11:05] Speaker: to your family,

[00:11:06] Speaker: >> right? And so how far in advance should

[00:11:10] Speaker: people start thinking about a trip? Can

[00:11:12] Speaker: you do a Disney trip next week? Is it

[00:11:14] Speaker: possible to do

[00:11:15] Speaker: >> I don't think there's a right answer. I

[00:11:16] Speaker: think where there's a will, there's a

[00:11:17] Speaker: way. Honestly, I've had people say, "I

[00:11:19] Speaker: want to go in two weeks." And we do it.

[00:11:22] Speaker: And once you're there, you won't realize

[00:11:23] Speaker: that we just planned it in two weeks.

[00:11:25] Speaker: So, it really comes down to a lot of

[00:11:27] Speaker: people like to advance plan cuz they

[00:11:28] Speaker: want to know it's there and they want to

[00:11:30] Speaker: budget and we can set up a cadence of

[00:11:32] Speaker: progress payments and that's just how

[00:11:34] Speaker: they want to do it. And some people like

[00:11:35] Speaker: are spontaneous and they want to do it.

[00:11:36] Speaker: But again, once you're there, you won't

[00:11:38] Speaker: realize whether we planned it for a year

[00:11:40] Speaker: plus or two weeks.

[00:11:42] Speaker: >> Well, let's explain that. So, what does

[00:11:43] Speaker: that mean? What do you help people to do

[00:11:46] Speaker: specifically? So the way it starts uh

[00:11:48] Speaker: somehow we get connected um and then

[00:11:51] Speaker: they fill out a form and give me some

[00:11:52] Speaker: general information and then uh we talk

[00:11:54] Speaker: on the phone about a 15 to 30 minute

[00:11:56] Speaker: call and we just get to know each other

[00:11:58] Speaker: and again I'll go over those questions.

[00:11:59] Speaker: What are you looking for? Have you been

[00:12:01] Speaker: to Disney? What resorts are you

[00:12:03] Speaker: interested in? Do you or is this a blank

[00:12:05] Speaker: slate and you don't and we're starting

[00:12:06] Speaker: from fresh? Um and then I based on what

[00:12:08] Speaker: they tell me if if it's from fresh I

[00:12:10] Speaker: give some recommendations and then I

[00:12:12] Speaker: provide a quote and the quote is covers

[00:12:15] Speaker: all different budgets. So they have

[00:12:16] Speaker: options and then within

[00:12:18] Speaker: >> what's a typical price range that you

[00:12:20] Speaker: see what's the most budget way you can

[00:12:23] Speaker: possibly do Disney versus maybe the more

[00:12:26] Speaker: extreme I have unlimited budget

[00:12:28] Speaker: >> so that I will answer that I would say

[00:12:29] Speaker: the average lowside bud budget for my

[00:12:32] Speaker: clients specifically are probably around

[00:12:34] Speaker: 2500 but it's such a convoluted

[00:12:38] Speaker: >> is that for like two nights or is that a

[00:12:39] Speaker: week?

[00:12:40] Speaker: >> So that's the thing that's where it's

[00:12:41] Speaker: like well did they have a three-day

[00:12:42] Speaker: ticket or a four day ticket? Do they

[00:12:43] Speaker: have a fiveday ticket? They could have

[00:12:44] Speaker: the same length of same night stay but a

[00:12:47] Speaker: different take ticket package. So it's

[00:12:49] Speaker: just a different vacation. So and it

[00:12:50] Speaker: costs very different. So I would say on

[00:12:53] Speaker: average budget friendly is 2500 and

[00:12:56] Speaker: that's like a six night stay depending

[00:12:58] Speaker: on the time of year again. So yeah

[00:13:00] Speaker: >> if you're talking May and September it's

[00:13:02] Speaker: much more budget friendly than the week

[00:13:03] Speaker: of Christmas. So, there's so many

[00:13:06] Speaker: variables in the process and and that's

[00:13:08] Speaker: why I tell people in the quote process,

[00:13:09] Speaker: if you see this quote and it's just

[00:13:12] Speaker: doesn't fit your budget. Don't say, "Oh,

[00:13:13] Speaker: no. We can't do this." Because it could

[00:13:15] Speaker: just be let's look at dates. Let's not

[00:13:18] Speaker: go over a a federal holiday weekend

[00:13:20] Speaker: because that they know people want to go

[00:13:21] Speaker: because schools are out. Um that kind of

[00:13:24] Speaker: stuff. We can just be flexible and look

[00:13:25] Speaker: at it from a high level and just be like

[00:13:28] Speaker: it doesn't have to be a one-sizefits-all

[00:13:30] Speaker: cuz it's not

[00:13:31] Speaker: >> right. And and so Okay. So you're going

[00:13:34] Speaker: to go through all of that and so what do

[00:13:36] Speaker: typ typically people ask first? Is it

[00:13:38] Speaker: where do I stay? Is that the what how do

[00:13:40] Speaker: people

[00:13:41] Speaker: >> Yeah. So they definitely say where do I

[00:13:43] Speaker: stay? They'll say I want I just want to

[00:13:45] Speaker: stay somewhere close to the skyline. So

[00:13:46] Speaker: they want good transportation or on the

[00:13:48] Speaker: Montreal they don't want to do buses

[00:13:50] Speaker: everywhere. So that's normally if I know

[00:13:52] Speaker: no buses to all the parks which you're

[00:13:54] Speaker: not going to eliminate buses for all

[00:13:55] Speaker: four. You're only going to eliminate

[00:13:57] Speaker: eliminate it for two. Um but I'd be like

[00:14:00] Speaker: okay then let's look at some value

[00:14:01] Speaker: resorts. Art of Animation, Pop Century

[00:14:03] Speaker: on the Skylliner. We can look at

[00:14:05] Speaker: Caribbean Beach on the Skylliner, which

[00:14:06] Speaker: is a moderate moderate pricing. And then

[00:14:08] Speaker: we can look at the deluxe resorts. Some

[00:14:10] Speaker: we can look at on the Riv Riviera. Is

[00:14:12] Speaker: actually where you're staying. Um,

[00:14:14] Speaker: >> which one's that?

[00:14:15] Speaker: >> Where you're staying? The Disney's

[00:14:16] Speaker: Riviera.

[00:14:16] Speaker: >> Oh, yes.

[00:14:17] Speaker: >> Shouldn't you know?

[00:14:18] Speaker: >> No, I don't remember. In [laughter] and

[00:14:20] Speaker: Out. I was on another call in like 5

[00:14:22] Speaker: seconds.

[00:14:22] Speaker: >> I recommended it. You'll love it. I just

[00:14:24] Speaker: got back from there. Yes.

[00:14:25] Speaker: >> Um, so um

[00:14:27] Speaker: >> and then or we can say they say they

[00:14:29] Speaker: want walking distance to Magic Kingdom.

[00:14:31] Speaker: We can look at Grand Fian the

[00:14:32] Speaker: contemporary or we could look at

[00:14:33] Speaker: Polynesian which is a walk but it's a

[00:14:35] Speaker: long walk you could take a boat or

[00:14:36] Speaker: Montreal too. So anyways I just get a

[00:14:38] Speaker: little bit of a background of what they

[00:14:40] Speaker: want and then it comes down to they want

[00:14:43] Speaker: to know well how long should I stay and

[00:14:45] Speaker: I always say if you have the time to go

[00:14:50] Speaker: please don't cram all four parks boom

[00:14:52] Speaker: boom boom and go home cuz you I promise

[00:14:54] Speaker: you that saying you're going to need a

[00:14:56] Speaker: vacation from your vacation is so true.

[00:14:58] Speaker: budget a rest day two makes me really

[00:15:01] Speaker: happy and because I I just know that

[00:15:03] Speaker: you're going to do it right. And I also

[00:15:04] Speaker: say include park hopper. Look at it as a

[00:15:08] Speaker: travel insurance for the right to change

[00:15:10] Speaker: your mind for a child to have a

[00:15:12] Speaker: breakdown right before fireworks and you

[00:15:14] Speaker: have another chance to go back. Don't

[00:15:15] Speaker: put all your ducks in the same

[00:15:17] Speaker: >> So a park hopper simply gives me the

[00:15:19] Speaker: freedom. If I chose one park today, I

[00:15:22] Speaker: can go revisit any park the next day. Is

[00:15:25] Speaker: that what you mean? Or is it the same

[00:15:26] Speaker: day?

[00:15:27] Speaker: >> Same day. So, say you if you had a base

[00:15:29] Speaker: ticket and you went to Magic Kingdom

[00:15:31] Speaker: today and then there was just some freak

[00:15:33] Speaker: rainstorm and the fireworks got

[00:15:35] Speaker: cancelled, but you only have three more

[00:15:36] Speaker: days and you want to see the other

[00:15:37] Speaker: parks, you just wouldn't go back to

[00:15:39] Speaker: Magic Kingdom. But if you have Park

[00:15:40] Speaker: Hopper, you can say, "Okay, we're going

[00:15:41] Speaker: to Animal Kingdom on Thursday. We'll

[00:15:43] Speaker: stay there till 3 and then we can hop

[00:15:45] Speaker: into Magic Kingdom and catch those

[00:15:47] Speaker: fireworks again." Like, don't force

[00:15:49] Speaker: yourself to do anything.

[00:15:51] Speaker: >> That is so smart. And just you rattled

[00:15:53] Speaker: off. I know you're not even probably

[00:15:54] Speaker: aware because you have these

[00:15:55] Speaker: conversations every day. you can rattle

[00:15:57] Speaker: off every single, you know, place to

[00:15:59] Speaker: stay off the like just in every benefit

[00:16:02] Speaker: and the the consideration. So that to me

[00:16:03] Speaker: is incredible as someone who tried to do

[00:16:05] Speaker: some research and as you could tell I

[00:16:07] Speaker: was I was over research by the time I

[00:16:08] Speaker: spoke to you that's why it all went out

[00:16:10] Speaker: like as soon I just forgot it all

[00:16:13] Speaker: because it was such a relief.

[00:16:14] Speaker: >> That's why you don't know where you're

[00:16:14] Speaker: saying cuz you know I'm I'm going to get

[00:16:16] Speaker: you there.

[00:16:17] Speaker: >> And it's funny I see parallels once

[00:16:19] Speaker: again it's kind of like what this

[00:16:20] Speaker: podcast has shown me. I have parallels

[00:16:22] Speaker: to someone that I think is passionate

[00:16:24] Speaker: and knowledgeable about what it is that

[00:16:25] Speaker: they do. That's why I respect anyone in

[00:16:27] Speaker: whatever career that you're in if you're

[00:16:29] Speaker: as long as you check those boxes

[00:16:31] Speaker: >> because it's the way I feel about my day

[00:16:33] Speaker: job. And so when I'm in real estate, I

[00:16:34] Speaker: try if someone then trusts me enough to

[00:16:37] Speaker: say, "Well, you really know your stuff."

[00:16:39] Speaker: And like

[00:16:40] Speaker: >> they kind of check out like they see I

[00:16:42] Speaker: see the pressure come off their

[00:16:43] Speaker: shoulders sometimes.

[00:16:44] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:16:45] Speaker: >> And it just I trust you at this point.

[00:16:47] Speaker: You've earned the trust. You seem like

[00:16:48] Speaker: you know what you're doing. I put it in

[00:16:50] Speaker: you.

[00:16:50] Speaker: >> And I think that's one of the reasons I

[00:16:52] Speaker: I would like to say I'm successful. And

[00:16:54] Speaker: that's why I I think you are going to be

[00:16:56] Speaker: continue to be so successful is

[00:16:59] Speaker: >> is that's something that um I think

[00:17:01] Speaker: everyone appreciates in general

[00:17:03] Speaker: >> and um

[00:17:04] Speaker: >> so I just want to give you that

[00:17:05] Speaker: compliment. I was very impressed.

[00:17:06] Speaker: >> Thank you so much.

[00:17:07] Speaker: >> And so okay, so you're going to help

[00:17:09] Speaker: them identify where to stay based on

[00:17:11] Speaker: budget, location.

[00:17:13] Speaker: >> Yep. Work their package. Do they want

[00:17:14] Speaker: park hopper? Do they want memory maker?

[00:17:16] Speaker: All the options, right? Dining plans. We

[00:17:18] Speaker: tal we talked about all that. Um, and

[00:17:20] Speaker: then we book your trip. And really the

[00:17:23] Speaker: next big thing to do, and it again, it

[00:17:26] Speaker: depends if we're planning in two weeks

[00:17:27] Speaker: or is flights. But if it's a year from

[00:17:30] Speaker: now, flights likely won't even be an

[00:17:31] Speaker: option. So really, there could be some

[00:17:33] Speaker: time that

[00:17:34] Speaker: >> we there's nothing to do. But I

[00:17:36] Speaker: personally have the policy on whenever

[00:17:39] Speaker: you just want to talk Disney or you just

[00:17:40] Speaker: have a question, you and your wife are

[00:17:41] Speaker: laying in bed and you want to think,

[00:17:42] Speaker: just text me. Don't like save them. Like

[00:17:44] Speaker: I I talk Disney all day long. It's it's

[00:17:47] Speaker: not work for me cuz I love it. Um so I

[00:17:50] Speaker: just we just whenever you want to talk

[00:17:52] Speaker: we talk. Um and then again once flights

[00:17:54] Speaker: are done we can book transfers between

[00:17:56] Speaker: the resort and the airport and any

[00:17:59] Speaker: stroller rentals, scooter rentals,

[00:18:00] Speaker: anything

[00:18:01] Speaker: >> dinner reservations.

[00:18:02] Speaker: >> So that comes after that. So at um 90

[00:18:05] Speaker: days in advance we catch up and we say

[00:18:07] Speaker: you know advanced dining, enchanting

[00:18:08] Speaker: extras which is like Bippity Boppity

[00:18:10] Speaker: Boutique and um things like firework

[00:18:13] Speaker: dessert parties and stuff like that.

[00:18:14] Speaker: We'll get there with you. Um, so then we

[00:18:16] Speaker: schedule a call and I book those on

[00:18:18] Speaker: behalf of my clients um at 60 days in

[00:18:21] Speaker: advance and then once we do that then

[00:18:24] Speaker: final payments at 30 days and then we

[00:18:26] Speaker: schedule another call to go over all

[00:18:28] Speaker: things you should know about Walt Disney

[00:18:29] Speaker: World explain Lightning Lanes.

[00:18:32] Speaker: >> Oh, I'm going to get there.

[00:18:33] Speaker: >> Oh yeah,

[00:18:34] Speaker: >> cuz that threw me for loops.

[00:18:35] Speaker: >> Yes. So, and then I book Lightning Lane

[00:18:37] Speaker: 7 days in advance for my clients and

[00:18:39] Speaker: that's where they a lot of them who

[00:18:40] Speaker: haven't been hit the I believe button

[00:18:42] Speaker: [clears throat] like book what you think

[00:18:43] Speaker: is best because there is a strategy and

[00:18:46] Speaker: then they go on their vacations.

[00:18:47] Speaker: >> Well, I so after that first initial

[00:18:50] Speaker: Disney trip that I took with my

[00:18:51] Speaker: 5-year-old, I we enjoyed it. It was such

[00:18:54] Speaker: a interesting experience. I got to be a

[00:18:56] Speaker: kid again cuz I didn't get to do it. So,

[00:18:58] Speaker: I kind of lived through him a little

[00:18:59] Speaker: bit. But one thing I did not enjoy as a

[00:19:02] Speaker: parent was standing in those lines and

[00:19:05] Speaker: it saps all the fun and enjoyment is to

[00:19:08] Speaker: watch this little kid who was so

[00:19:10] Speaker: excited. Some of the rides were an hour

[00:19:12] Speaker: and 20 minutes.

[00:19:12] Speaker: >> Oh, for sure.

[00:19:13] Speaker: >> And by the you have to go to the

[00:19:16] Speaker: bathroom with this kid before I even get

[00:19:18] Speaker: to the front of the line. And I'm like,

[00:19:19] Speaker: if we leave this line now, I'm going to

[00:19:21] Speaker: lose it. Like

[00:19:23] Speaker: >> you're just going to have to go in your

[00:19:24] Speaker: pants. I don't know what to tell you.

[00:19:24] Speaker: There are some attractions Disney has

[00:19:26] Speaker: gotten smarter to put a queue a bathroom

[00:19:28] Speaker: in the middle of the queue, but not

[00:19:30] Speaker: many.

[00:19:31] Speaker: >> Um,

[00:19:31] Speaker: >> it's tough. I'm like, this is meant for

[00:19:33] Speaker: children. Like, so that and so after

[00:19:35] Speaker: that experience, I said, I don't know

[00:19:37] Speaker: what this magic

[00:19:39] Speaker: >> fast pass.

[00:19:40] Speaker: >> I didn't. So, I asked around and I

[00:19:42] Speaker: eventually found someone that that

[00:19:44] Speaker: understood and knew what the concierge

[00:19:46] Speaker: program was

[00:19:47] Speaker: >> and I looked at what Disney approved

[00:19:48] Speaker: concierge is. And so for those that

[00:19:51] Speaker: don't know, do you want to help explain

[00:19:52] Speaker: what it truly like the actual Disney

[00:19:54] Speaker: concierge is?

[00:19:56] Speaker: >> Well, what I'm affiliated with is the

[00:19:58] Speaker: VIP tours, and that's what we offer

[00:20:00] Speaker: specifically. So, it's a 7h hour to a

[00:20:02] Speaker: 10-hour tour. Um, it is it's an

[00:20:05] Speaker: expensive tour. So, if you can get up to

[00:20:08] Speaker: 10 people included, and everyone chips

[00:20:10] Speaker: in on it, it is worth it. you'll get a a

[00:20:12] Speaker: specialized dedicated cast member that

[00:20:14] Speaker: is assigned to you and they will cart

[00:20:16] Speaker: you around to all the parks and you tell

[00:20:18] Speaker: them what attractions you want to get

[00:20:19] Speaker: get on and they basically take you to

[00:20:21] Speaker: the front of the lightning lanes on all

[00:20:22] Speaker: of them. Um a few that you do have to

[00:20:25] Speaker: wait in the normal wait time of a

[00:20:26] Speaker: lightning lane but it's basically they

[00:20:28] Speaker: cart you all around. Um, there are some

[00:20:30] Speaker: soft drinks and foods included, but it

[00:20:32] Speaker: is a VIP experience. And then at the

[00:20:35] Speaker: very end of the night, if you schedule

[00:20:36] Speaker: one for the afternoon, they drop you off

[00:20:38] Speaker: at the roped area of Magic Kingdom for a

[00:20:40] Speaker: firework view.

[00:20:42] Speaker: >> That's pretty incredible. So I So the

[00:20:44] Speaker: next time we went, we went only went

[00:20:45] Speaker: that one other time and I did a version

[00:20:47] Speaker: of that. I didn't know you then, but we

[00:20:49] Speaker: did a version of that. And so it wasn't

[00:20:53] Speaker: the Disney. So to my that's why I wanted

[00:20:55] Speaker: to get clarity here. There's a Disney

[00:20:57] Speaker: like Disney themselves has a program and

[00:21:00] Speaker: then we did one that wasn't Disney

[00:21:02] Speaker: approved. It was like

[00:21:03] Speaker: >> third party

[00:21:04] Speaker: >> a third party. I didn't know the

[00:21:06] Speaker: difference. I'm I was learning that

[00:21:07] Speaker: piece. I kind of

[00:21:09] Speaker: >> So what I I Mine was a lot less

[00:21:11] Speaker: expensive about half as expensive as the

[00:21:13] Speaker: Disney approved VIP pass.

[00:21:15] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:21:16] Speaker: >> But I think and correct me if I'm wrong.

[00:21:18] Speaker: That's a kind of the gap that you're

[00:21:20] Speaker: doing for example for us is that it's

[00:21:22] Speaker: not we're not I didn't sign up for the

[00:21:24] Speaker: VIP trip for this next trip

[00:21:26] Speaker: >> right

[00:21:27] Speaker: >> but you're doing some of those same

[00:21:30] Speaker: aspects correct for

[00:21:32] Speaker: >> so did you have someone physically with

[00:21:33] Speaker: you when you did it

[00:21:34] Speaker: >> we did we had someone with us the second

[00:21:36] Speaker: time and it was a half day a 4h hour is

[00:21:39] Speaker: what we did but we didn't have any other

[00:21:40] Speaker: family it was just us

[00:21:42] Speaker: >> okay

[00:21:42] Speaker: >> and at the time it was four of us

[00:21:44] Speaker: >> and that was it and we had a a a

[00:21:47] Speaker: gentleman but all he did was controller

[00:21:48] Speaker: lightning passes

[00:21:49] Speaker: >> and they just did the phone part for

[00:21:51] Speaker: you. They did just the phone, but he was

[00:21:53] Speaker: there. The person didn't have any

[00:21:55] Speaker: special power with Disney other. So,

[00:21:56] Speaker: basically,

[00:21:57] Speaker: >> none. They didn't They were totally not

[00:21:59] Speaker: affiliated with them, I found out.

[00:22:01] Speaker: >> Yeah. And this is just my uh I don't

[00:22:04] Speaker: know if Disney unofficially. I I

[00:22:07] Speaker: >> Oh, he said they're not not doing it

[00:22:09] Speaker: anymore.

[00:22:10] Speaker: >> They Yes. It was like one of those

[00:22:12] Speaker: things that and anyone's listening to

[00:22:14] Speaker: that has might have done this before.

[00:22:16] Speaker: You do it because it's about half the

[00:22:17] Speaker: cost,

[00:22:18] Speaker: >> right? But they also don't pay anything

[00:22:20] Speaker: to Disney for this. And so that's why

[00:22:22] Speaker: it's so affordable,

[00:22:23] Speaker: >> right?

[00:22:24] Speaker: >> But it was still it was close to like

[00:22:25] Speaker: 1,800 a day for the 4 hours.

[00:22:27] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:22:28] Speaker: >> And but is it about double that now?

[00:22:30] Speaker: [snorts]

[00:22:30] Speaker: >> So actually, it's funny you say that.

[00:22:32] Speaker: There is something in its place that is

[00:22:33] Speaker: similar. Now it's called premier access.

[00:22:36] Speaker: So now you can actually pay for a

[00:22:39] Speaker: lightning lane service without having a

[00:22:41] Speaker: physical body to navigate you through

[00:22:42] Speaker: the park. that you can actually pay for

[00:22:44] Speaker: premier access and it gives you

[00:22:46] Speaker: lightning lane onetime use for each

[00:22:47] Speaker: attraction in that park. It's only per

[00:22:50] Speaker: park. So,

[00:22:51] Speaker: >> and what's that called?

[00:22:52] Speaker: >> Uh premier access and it ranges in price

[00:22:54] Speaker: and it obviously changes based on time

[00:22:56] Speaker: of year and holidays and everything like

[00:22:57] Speaker: that, but you're probably looking at

[00:22:59] Speaker: around like $2.49 on the low end like

[00:23:01] Speaker: Animal Kingdom low side of things to

[00:23:04] Speaker: like high fours per person for the day

[00:23:07] Speaker: and that's per park. So, but if you just

[00:23:10] Speaker: did Magic Kingdom, you could be looking

[00:23:11] Speaker: at around 1,600 for a family of four,

[00:23:14] Speaker: which is kind of what you were just

[00:23:15] Speaker: describing without a physical body

[00:23:17] Speaker: there. And [clears throat]

[00:23:17] Speaker: >> but it was awesome. If you have

[00:23:19] Speaker: children, he had the strollers and then

[00:23:20] Speaker: he had pretzel. Yeah. Oh, my wife had a

[00:23:23] Speaker: crush on him. The guy was handsome. He

[00:23:25] Speaker: was a engineering student. Yeah. Oh, she

[00:23:27] Speaker: took pictures of the guy. I'm like, calm

[00:23:29] Speaker: down, Rebecca.

[00:23:30] Speaker: >> Um Yeah. So, yeah, he she Yeah, that was

[00:23:33] Speaker: her favorite part of the trip.

[00:23:34] Speaker: >> Um Yeah. So, unless you get His name was

[00:23:36] Speaker: Juan, so she loved Juan. Oh, he was very

[00:23:39] Speaker: good.

[00:23:39] Speaker: >> He sounds great.

[00:23:40] Speaker: >> He was fabulous. He rode one of the

[00:23:41] Speaker: rides with us and always said, "Can I

[00:23:42] Speaker: sit next to you?" I'm like, "Calm

[00:23:43] Speaker: [laughter] down." [clears throat]

[00:23:45] Speaker: >> Um, yeah. But there's one. But the point

[00:23:47] Speaker: is, so the blend here is is these

[00:23:51] Speaker: lightning passes. And so you're now

[00:23:54] Speaker: telling me cuz there's there's multiple

[00:23:55] Speaker: and they change. Disney, I hate you for

[00:23:58] Speaker: this.

[00:23:59] Speaker: >> So if you think if you went three years

[00:24:00] Speaker: ago, you know nothing about maybe what

[00:24:02] Speaker: they're doing now. Is that right?

[00:24:04] Speaker: >> Yeah. Yeah. It's not the same. So yeah,

[00:24:07] Speaker: we're recording this in the in Q1 of uh

[00:24:10] Speaker: 2025. So if you're listening to this in

[00:24:12] Speaker: a year or two, guess what?

[00:24:14] Speaker: >> It might be different.

[00:24:15] Speaker: >> Yeah. So help explain because this to me

[00:24:17] Speaker: when I was doing my research, I was

[00:24:19] Speaker: like, please someone explain this piece

[00:24:20] Speaker: to me. So explain what people's options

[00:24:23] Speaker: are.

[00:24:23] Speaker: >> Sure.

[00:24:24] Speaker: >> Cuz they need to consider this.

[00:24:26] Speaker: >> You have to consider I'd rather stay at

[00:24:27] Speaker: a less expensive hotel.

[00:24:29] Speaker: >> I'm so glad you were about to say that.

[00:24:30] Speaker: So, I actually tell people, please,

[00:24:31] Speaker: please, please, when you're selecting on

[00:24:33] Speaker: the quote, save a budget for Lightning

[00:24:35] Speaker: Lanes. You will be happier to stay. You

[00:24:38] Speaker: first of all, there's none of the

[00:24:39] Speaker: resorts that I have ever quote,

[00:24:40] Speaker: willingly quote, and that I would not be

[00:24:43] Speaker: happy to stay there myself. So, please

[00:24:45] Speaker: choose the one that affords you a budget

[00:24:47] Speaker: to use while there to include lightning

[00:24:49] Speaker: lanes. So, your options are um standby,

[00:24:53] Speaker: whatever the rides say. You can always

[00:24:55] Speaker: look in the My Disney Experience app

[00:24:56] Speaker: right now and see what the current

[00:24:57] Speaker: standby is to make your decision.

[00:24:59] Speaker: >> And that is neat. if you haven't gone,

[00:25:01] Speaker: it tells you it's a 15-minute wait or 80

[00:25:04] Speaker: minute wait and it updates in real time.

[00:25:06] Speaker: >> It's dynamic. It's live. It I look at it

[00:25:08] Speaker: every day, all day. See, and then I look

[00:25:10] Speaker: at my clients, I'm like, "What are you

[00:25:11] Speaker: doing?" Yeah. Think you clicked the

[00:25:12] Speaker: wrong thing. No, don't. No.

[00:25:13] Speaker: >> Yeah. Don't go there.

[00:25:14] Speaker: >> Um, so I um So you can do standby line

[00:25:18] Speaker: and then what there is what's called

[00:25:20] Speaker: multipass now and you can book up to

[00:25:22] Speaker: three attractions for you have to select

[00:25:23] Speaker: which park you're purchasing it for. You

[00:25:25] Speaker: can only choose one in a day which

[00:25:27] Speaker: multipass. And then you have to group

[00:25:29] Speaker: one and group two of multipass. So group

[00:25:31] Speaker: one are your more popular rides like

[00:25:33] Speaker: Tiana's Bayou, Space Mountain, Big

[00:25:36] Speaker: Thunder, which is currently um closed

[00:25:37] Speaker: right now. Um so you Jungle Cruise,

[00:25:39] Speaker: Peter Pan. So you group pick one of

[00:25:41] Speaker: those and then two from group two or if

[00:25:44] Speaker: none of the group ones are of interest

[00:25:45] Speaker: to you, you can opt to choose three from

[00:25:47] Speaker: group two and then so that's your

[00:25:49] Speaker: advanced booking. So anybody that's

[00:25:50] Speaker: staying at a Walt Disney World Resort

[00:25:52] Speaker: gets a 7-day advance booking window. If

[00:25:54] Speaker: you are not staying at a Walt Disney

[00:25:55] Speaker: World Resort, it is three-day advanced

[00:25:57] Speaker: booking of your check in.

[00:25:59] Speaker: >> So now I can remember what you helped us

[00:26:01] Speaker: with. So that's essentially what you're

[00:26:02] Speaker: doing for us. You're able to book those

[00:26:05] Speaker: in advance for us.

[00:26:06] Speaker: >> So I will book those 7 days in advance

[00:26:07] Speaker: because you're at a Walt Disney World

[00:26:09] Speaker: Resort and we have already kind of

[00:26:11] Speaker: talked about it, but we will map that

[00:26:12] Speaker: out which rides. Um so then we can do

[00:26:15] Speaker: that and then you can also book up to

[00:26:18] Speaker: two single pass attractions and these

[00:26:19] Speaker: are al cart. So one is not contingent on

[00:26:22] Speaker: the other. You can just do single

[00:26:24] Speaker: passes, you can do multi pass, but it's

[00:26:26] Speaker: only a max of single pass two. Um, so if

[00:26:30] Speaker: you don't have a park hopper though, you

[00:26:32] Speaker: can only do a max of one if you're going

[00:26:34] Speaker: to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood

[00:26:36] Speaker: Studios. Magic Kingdom is the only park

[00:26:37] Speaker: that has two of those single passes. Um,

[00:26:40] Speaker: but if you do have Park Hopper, max of

[00:26:42] Speaker: two at all the parks. Um, and so in

[00:26:45] Speaker: advance of your stay, all your park

[00:26:47] Speaker: days, if you opt into all of them, the

[00:26:49] Speaker: price range is like, let's say, $22

[00:26:53] Speaker: to like $39 per person compared to that

[00:26:56] Speaker: 400 I was just talking about

[00:26:57] Speaker: >> for the day or per ride.

[00:26:59] Speaker: >> The day wow.

[00:27:00] Speaker: >> And this is for multipass. And then um

[00:27:02] Speaker: the single pass attractions range from

[00:27:04] Speaker: price from like 11 or 12 up into $25

[00:27:08] Speaker: Rise of the Resistance. Again, per

[00:27:10] Speaker: person, right? alle cart for that that

[00:27:12] Speaker: specific one of those five attractions

[00:27:14] Speaker: but max of two. Um so then but what's

[00:27:18] Speaker: great about multi pass is you're not

[00:27:20] Speaker: limited to those three. That's just what

[00:27:21] Speaker: we can advance plan and then on the day

[00:27:24] Speaker: of you once you scan into that first

[00:27:27] Speaker: ride you book another one and then you

[00:27:29] Speaker: ride right.

[00:27:29] Speaker: >> So am I as a as a as a park guest am I

[00:27:33] Speaker: going to then be on my phone booking

[00:27:34] Speaker: these things while I'm there?

[00:27:36] Speaker: >> Yeah. [clears throat] But you it is not

[00:27:37] Speaker: going to be um first of all the fact

[00:27:41] Speaker: that you can advance plan three and

[00:27:42] Speaker: that's what's changed. It used to be at

[00:27:44] Speaker: 7 a.m. each park day.

[00:27:46] Speaker: >> That's what I remember.

[00:27:46] Speaker: >> You had to wake up at 7 a.m.

[00:27:48] Speaker: >> was telling me about that.

[00:27:48] Speaker: >> Yeah. You had to wake up at 7 a.m. and

[00:27:50] Speaker: race the clock and make sure you turn

[00:27:51] Speaker: the Wi-Fi off cuz you're cuz you're

[00:27:53] Speaker: competing with everybody and you had to

[00:27:55] Speaker: book one Lightning Lane. Now you're

[00:27:57] Speaker: walking if you opt to do everything.

[00:27:58] Speaker: You're walking into the park with five

[00:28:00] Speaker: attractions and then you're going to

[00:28:01] Speaker: fill with some in between the

[00:28:03] Speaker: >> in a lightning lane. Just to be clear,

[00:28:05] Speaker: because I don't want to gloss over that

[00:28:06] Speaker: for those of us that haven't gone, uh,

[00:28:09] Speaker: it's it's a separate lane

[00:28:11] Speaker: >> that Disney has on the majority of these

[00:28:13] Speaker: busy rides, right?

[00:28:14] Speaker: >> All of all the rides have a lightning

[00:28:16] Speaker: lane.

[00:28:17] Speaker: >> I didn't know that. So, all the rides.

[00:28:18] Speaker: So, and then there's So, basically, you

[00:28:21] Speaker: have to scan in with your little

[00:28:22] Speaker: wristband, right? Is that how they do

[00:28:23] Speaker: it?

[00:28:24] Speaker: >> Via the lightning lane. Obviously, if

[00:28:25] Speaker: standby, it's just whatever the wait

[00:28:26] Speaker: time is, you just get in line.

[00:28:27] Speaker: >> But the lightning lane, I scan in and if

[00:28:29] Speaker: and they give me a time. Let's say 11:00

[00:28:31] Speaker: a.m. Is that how it works?

[00:28:32] Speaker: >> No. So, in the well, in the app, it'll

[00:28:35] Speaker: say you you have three attractions. So,

[00:28:37] Speaker: you have your first one 9 to 10, 9:30 to

[00:28:40] Speaker: 10:30. It could be overlapping, but you

[00:28:41] Speaker: have a set time window that you can go

[00:28:43] Speaker: in and scan into that lightning lane.

[00:28:45] Speaker: Yep.

[00:28:46] Speaker: >> So, there is a method to the madness.

[00:28:48] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:28:48] Speaker: >> And then, so I mean, if nothing else,

[00:28:50] Speaker: this is your best infomercial here

[00:28:52] Speaker: because if this sounds overwhelming, if

[00:28:54] Speaker: you just heard what she said and said, I

[00:28:56] Speaker: have no idea what Yes. It's I'm going.

[00:28:58] Speaker: And I'm like, what did you just say?

[00:29:00] Speaker: >> You're going to be fine. We just started

[00:29:01] Speaker: planning, by the way. So, he's not an

[00:29:03] Speaker: expert yet.

[00:29:04] Speaker: >> Yeah, I'm not an expert yet, but it's

[00:29:06] Speaker: there is so much. And it's like one of

[00:29:07] Speaker: those things where if you think it's not

[00:29:10] Speaker: that important, holy smokes, it is

[00:29:12] Speaker: because this is the this is to me the

[00:29:14] Speaker: the epitome of having a good experience

[00:29:16] Speaker: or not in those parks

[00:29:18] Speaker: >> because it's so frustrating and the

[00:29:20] Speaker: amount of stress and angst as you're

[00:29:22] Speaker: walking around. And I remembered feeling

[00:29:25] Speaker: so relieved the second time because we

[00:29:27] Speaker: had someone actually clicking the

[00:29:29] Speaker: buttons and all they did was I think now

[00:29:31] Speaker: that you've heard explained it, they

[00:29:33] Speaker: were just as we were at one they were

[00:29:34] Speaker: booking the next and they knew which

[00:29:36] Speaker: rides to go first, which rides might be

[00:29:38] Speaker: slow in the afternoon.

[00:29:40] Speaker: >> Exactly.

[00:29:40] Speaker: >> And you just said you check these line

[00:29:42] Speaker: times every day.

[00:29:43] Speaker: >> Every day. And I also when I talk to my

[00:29:46] Speaker: clients when we're planning out

[00:29:47] Speaker: Lightning Lanes, if they told me, "Book

[00:29:49] Speaker: Yeah. Book me Mad Tea Party, Aladdin,

[00:29:52] Speaker: and uh Dumbo. I'm like,

[00:29:54] Speaker: >> either you don't need multipass or we're

[00:29:57] Speaker: not doing that because they will still

[00:29:58] Speaker: be there at 1:00 when you're still going

[00:30:00] Speaker: about your day. They'll still be there

[00:30:02] Speaker: for like a 3:00 p.m. or 4 p.m. But guess

[00:30:04] Speaker: what? Jungle Cruise, Peter Pan, Tiana's,

[00:30:07] Speaker: they're all going to be gone as of like

[00:30:08] Speaker: 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m.

[00:30:10] Speaker: >> They've been booked up for the whole

[00:30:10] Speaker: day,

[00:30:11] Speaker: >> right? So, we're going to advance book

[00:30:13] Speaker: the most popular ones. And then on the

[00:30:15] Speaker: day of I I tell my clients, hey,

[00:30:17] Speaker: prioritize X, Y, and Z to go for after

[00:30:20] Speaker: that. And then I feel pretty good. I'm

[00:30:21] Speaker: like, then if you want to throw in an

[00:30:22] Speaker: Aladdin or a Mad Tea Party or anything

[00:30:24] Speaker: like that, you did pretty good for the

[00:30:26] Speaker: day.

[00:30:26] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:30:27] Speaker: >> Um,

[00:30:27] Speaker: >> so how many of the rides given the

[00:30:29] Speaker: multipass with planning with someone

[00:30:32] Speaker: like you to assist? Can I get to see

[00:30:35] Speaker: most of the park, let's say Magic

[00:30:36] Speaker: Kingdom, their big, you know, their

[00:30:38] Speaker: original uh park if you will. Can I get

[00:30:41] Speaker: How many can I expect? Like how many

[00:30:42] Speaker: rides are there? Like 17 or something?

[00:30:44] Speaker: Oh god. Um, the let me say this. Magic

[00:30:47] Speaker: Kingdom has the most attractions. Um,

[00:30:50] Speaker: and if you mixed in

[00:30:52] Speaker: >> between Lightning Lane and single passes

[00:30:54] Speaker: and dabbled in some standbys, I could

[00:30:56] Speaker: get done probably, and this is probably

[00:30:59] Speaker: being conservative, 80% of the

[00:31:01] Speaker: attractions in the in a full day. Now,

[00:31:03] Speaker: if you are some a lot of my clients take

[00:31:05] Speaker: a midday break and take naps or enjoy

[00:31:07] Speaker: the pools or and they only come back for

[00:31:09] Speaker: fireworks. But I'm talking sun up, sun

[00:31:11] Speaker: down. You can get everything. Well,

[00:31:12] Speaker: that's what I learned and is that I need

[00:31:15] Speaker: to take a break. I didn't think that,

[00:31:16] Speaker: but if you do three or four days of

[00:31:18] Speaker: Disney in a row, especially with kids,

[00:31:20] Speaker: and you try to to be hardcore and go

[00:31:22] Speaker: from the day the moment they open to the

[00:31:25] Speaker: moment they close, your children will

[00:31:26] Speaker: literally be laying on the ground.

[00:31:28] Speaker: >> It's work. It's not fun.

[00:31:29] Speaker: >> It's exhausting. And so, it's like I

[00:31:32] Speaker: would like to go to lunch, let's say,

[00:31:35] Speaker: and then head out back and hopefully

[00:31:36] Speaker: you're staying at a decent resort. I'd

[00:31:38] Speaker: love to have a cocktail by the pool. I

[00:31:39] Speaker: want to like hang out and like I think

[00:31:42] Speaker: it's like having an actual vacation

[00:31:44] Speaker: >> as opposed to just rushing to ride to

[00:31:46] Speaker: ride to ride,

[00:31:47] Speaker: >> right?

[00:31:47] Speaker: >> That's the difference.

[00:31:48] Speaker: >> I don't want my clients and again back

[00:31:50] Speaker: to coming full circle, how long should

[00:31:52] Speaker: your stay be? I don't want my clients to

[00:31:54] Speaker: go into their Magic Kingdom day say

[00:31:56] Speaker: thinking I'm never coming back. I have

[00:31:58] Speaker: to get everything done so we're staying.

[00:31:59] Speaker: I don't want that. I want you to have

[00:32:01] Speaker: park hopper. I want you to budget enough

[00:32:02] Speaker: park days

[00:32:04] Speaker: >> um to be able to your kids are going to

[00:32:06] Speaker: want to revisit a ride. It it shouldn't

[00:32:08] Speaker: be one and done. They're going to want

[00:32:10] Speaker: to do stuff again. So, if you can find

[00:32:12] Speaker: that within your budget and length of

[00:32:14] Speaker: time,

[00:32:15] Speaker: >> right?

[00:32:16] Speaker: >> It's important. It'll make all the

[00:32:17] Speaker: difference.

[00:32:18] Speaker: >> It is. And so, I was never a Disney

[00:32:20] Speaker: fanatic. And there are now that I've

[00:32:22] Speaker: been on now we've gone to a Disney

[00:32:24] Speaker: cruise. Uh, and I think it was called

[00:32:26] Speaker: the Disney Wish.

[00:32:27] Speaker: >> I think that was new a year or two ago.

[00:32:28] Speaker: We were we were on it my wife

[00:32:30] Speaker: >> I was on it in October of 23.

[00:32:33] Speaker: >> Okay. That was probably right after it.

[00:32:35] Speaker: >> It was It [clears throat] was very soon

[00:32:36] Speaker: after actually. I was surprised to be

[00:32:38] Speaker: able to Yeah.

[00:32:39] Speaker: >> Yeah. So, we went and we loved it. So,

[00:32:40] Speaker: we had such a great experience and what

[00:32:42] Speaker: I would say about Disney um that I can

[00:32:45] Speaker: understand why people are fanatics.

[00:32:47] Speaker: >> The experience and the customer service

[00:32:49] Speaker: and what I like about it now is that I'm

[00:32:51] Speaker: so busy. I work

[00:32:53] Speaker: >> and it's not exactly a balanced

[00:32:55] Speaker: lifestyle what I'm up to over here. So,

[00:32:56] Speaker: it's a it's it's just it's a lot about

[00:32:59] Speaker: me. It's what it feels like. I oh I you

[00:33:01] Speaker: know I have to go. So, it's why I

[00:33:02] Speaker: volunteer and like and I'm a coach for

[00:33:05] Speaker: soccer and baseball. It's like I try to

[00:33:07] Speaker: make sure the kids are a priority, at

[00:33:09] Speaker: least in combination with my work week.

[00:33:11] Speaker: >> And when you're at a Disney property, I

[00:33:13] Speaker: feel like for a little while it's all

[00:33:15] Speaker: about them.

[00:33:16] Speaker: >> They really go crazy with making sure

[00:33:18] Speaker: your kids have it's all about them.

[00:33:21] Speaker: Every meal is about them. Like every

[00:33:23] Speaker: It's just really neat to have it

[00:33:25] Speaker: switched.

[00:33:25] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:33:26] Speaker: >> And I feel, if you will, like a good

[00:33:28] Speaker: parent. I don't know. It just you feel

[00:33:30] Speaker: they're just so happy. And if they're

[00:33:31] Speaker: happy, I'm not getting yelled at.

[00:33:32] Speaker: They're never bored. It's like the

[00:33:35] Speaker: honestly [clears throat] I always say

[00:33:36] Speaker: say to my husband, there's nowhere else

[00:33:37] Speaker: in the world for a family that will

[00:33:40] Speaker: provide just let's talk about resorts.

[00:33:41] Speaker: Forget about the parks, the resorts, a

[00:33:44] Speaker: better stay. I mean, the lifeguards will

[00:33:46] Speaker: not even make eye contact with you. If

[00:33:48] Speaker: you want to say something, they're doing

[00:33:49] Speaker: this. They will not look at you. There's

[00:33:51] Speaker: nowhere else in the world I feel that

[00:33:52] Speaker: level of like I can grab a drink.

[00:33:54] Speaker: >> For those not looking on the camera

[00:33:55] Speaker: here, she she's describing how they scan

[00:33:57] Speaker: the pools like like machines.

[00:33:59] Speaker: >> Yeah. Your head just goes up and down

[00:34:01] Speaker: and you see their eyeballs. They're like

[00:34:03] Speaker: counting each head they see and they

[00:34:04] Speaker: have to see the same count of heads each

[00:34:06] Speaker: time and if and every single time and

[00:34:08] Speaker: then when they switch it's like this

[00:34:10] Speaker: whole like process.

[00:34:11] Speaker: >> Yeah. It's like watching the Navy, you

[00:34:12] Speaker: know,

[00:34:13] Speaker: >> so many hand gestures. Yeah. It's um

[00:34:15] Speaker: it's so I just as a parent, forget about

[00:34:18] Speaker: being a travel agent, just a consumer

[00:34:19] Speaker: and a parent.

[00:34:21] Speaker: >> The food is excellent, the drinks are

[00:34:23] Speaker: excellent, the service is out of this

[00:34:25] Speaker: world, and just the safety and the cast

[00:34:28] Speaker: member entertainment. These cast members

[00:34:30] Speaker: love families. They want you there. You

[00:34:32] Speaker: feel welcome.

[00:34:34] Speaker: >> There's just nothing I've ever

[00:34:35] Speaker: experienced. And

[00:34:36] Speaker: >> my husband before we ever went was he

[00:34:40] Speaker: had been to Disney one time. He just

[00:34:41] Speaker: wasn't a Disney kid.

[00:34:43] Speaker: >> He's like, "We'll go one time. We'll

[00:34:44] Speaker: maybe go two." And we're like, "Okay."

[00:34:46] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:34:46] Speaker: >> You'll see.

[00:34:46] Speaker: >> You don't know what you're up to.

[00:34:47] Speaker: >> Yep. Um but trust me, that man would not

[00:34:52] Speaker: can go at the rate I make him go if it

[00:34:54] Speaker: wasn't for

[00:34:54] Speaker: >> You couldn't drag him, right?

[00:34:56] Speaker: >> No, he's not doing anything. Yeah.

[00:34:58] Speaker: >> No, he's doing it because he enjoys it.

[00:35:00] Speaker: >> Yeah. Yeah. And and I think those like

[00:35:02] Speaker: uh my brother has been in his he had an

[00:35:04] Speaker: okay time. I don't think he loved it,

[00:35:06] Speaker: but he also did not do anything like we

[00:35:08] Speaker: just described. I think he just booked

[00:35:10] Speaker: on their own. They just had they went to

[00:35:12] Speaker: a great hotel and then just kind of like

[00:35:14] Speaker: walked around and tried to figure it

[00:35:15] Speaker: out.

[00:35:15] Speaker: >> And I'm like the difference I think in

[00:35:17] Speaker: experience is night and day when you do

[00:35:19] Speaker: it thoughtfully. And I think you have to

[00:35:21] Speaker: do it with help. Cuz how many times have

[00:35:23] Speaker: you probably been to the park in your

[00:35:24] Speaker: life? I mean

[00:35:25] Speaker: >> I in my life or this year? Um this year

[00:35:29] Speaker: I've went uh four times already and I'm

[00:35:32] Speaker: going in two weeks. Um so I'm I'm going

[00:35:34] Speaker: on average seven times a year and then

[00:35:37] Speaker: in my life I don't know

[00:35:38] Speaker: >> good

[00:35:39] Speaker: >> a lot but I love it.

[00:35:41] Speaker: >> Well and that's the that's the it's like

[00:35:43] Speaker: that's that the passion is evident and I

[00:35:45] Speaker: think it's just something that you know

[00:35:47] Speaker: I I've grown to uh admire some of what

[00:35:51] Speaker: Disney has done. Like I when I was a

[00:35:52] Speaker: young guy in sales I worked for a

[00:35:54] Speaker: company called Eli Liy. Their stock is

[00:35:56] Speaker: doing incredibly well. I wish I didn't

[00:35:58] Speaker: invest all of it in the Tesla. Maybe a

[00:36:00] Speaker: piece of it I kept in Lily. [laughter]

[00:36:01] Speaker: Um they're doing quite well with the

[00:36:03] Speaker: weight loss uh medications at the

[00:36:04] Speaker: moment. Yeah.

[00:36:05] Speaker: >> Um however uh they went they had us go

[00:36:08] Speaker: to Disney Sales Institute which is one

[00:36:11] Speaker: of the fantastic sales institutes in the

[00:36:13] Speaker: entire country and they have an MBA

[00:36:14] Speaker: program. There's a whole arrangement

[00:36:16] Speaker: that they have for uh folks in sales and

[00:36:19] Speaker: they teach you the systems and the

[00:36:21] Speaker: methods in which they employ in their

[00:36:24] Speaker: parks, in their resorts, in their

[00:36:26] Speaker: restaurants and everything is done very

[00:36:28] Speaker: thoughtfully and it is wild. Once you go

[00:36:30] Speaker: there, it was like a week long and I

[00:36:32] Speaker: still remember all these details and I

[00:36:33] Speaker: see it when I'm there. I'm looking

[00:36:35] Speaker: around noticing how people are being

[00:36:36] Speaker: trained.

[00:36:36] Speaker: >> That's the Disney difference.

[00:36:38] Speaker: >> And it's like if if like especially if

[00:36:40] Speaker: you look for it, even if you don't look

[00:36:42] Speaker: for it, you'll notice it. There are just

[00:36:44] Speaker: details that are really remarkable

[00:36:47] Speaker: >> and it's just it's just interesting to

[00:36:49] Speaker: see and it's a I mean they charge a

[00:36:52] Speaker: premium

[00:36:53] Speaker: >> and they have they were describing the

[00:36:54] Speaker: reasons why every business

[00:36:56] Speaker: >> every business owner should implement

[00:36:58] Speaker: some of the Disney approach because the

[00:37:01] Speaker: retention do you might even know this

[00:37:03] Speaker: statistics the average likelihood of

[00:37:05] Speaker: someone to revisit a park Disney

[00:37:08] Speaker: compared to the rest of the world and

[00:37:10] Speaker: everybody else it is like and I'll

[00:37:12] Speaker: butcher the statistic but something.

[00:37:13] Speaker: It's like multiples higher.

[00:37:15] Speaker: >> I I can't speak to the I can just speak

[00:37:17] Speaker: to my average, but I can say I have a

[00:37:20] Speaker: very strong return rate after and I've

[00:37:22] Speaker: been doing it for four years. So, I

[00:37:23] Speaker: would say almost 90% of my first year

[00:37:25] Speaker: clients have gone back or are planning

[00:37:28] Speaker: to go back in 2026. So, I if I have a

[00:37:31] Speaker: very strong return, I think that's just

[00:37:33] Speaker: across the board.

[00:37:34] Speaker: >> Well, it's the cost of of customer

[00:37:36] Speaker: acquisition in business terms is

[00:37:38] Speaker: extremely expensive. Always is. And so

[00:37:40] Speaker: if you can get in our world, in real

[00:37:41] Speaker: estate world, it's a repeat client or a

[00:37:44] Speaker: referral client. That's the creme de la

[00:37:46] Speaker: creme. That's what you want. Those are

[00:37:47] Speaker: the folks that if if I could only if I

[00:37:49] Speaker: could have no no one else except those,

[00:37:52] Speaker: that's what I want because

[00:37:54] Speaker: >> organic sales, it's

[00:37:55] Speaker: >> it's the best.

[00:37:56] Speaker: >> They want to work with you.

[00:37:57] Speaker: >> Correct. You can charge a premium

[00:37:59] Speaker: because you deserve it and your

[00:38:01] Speaker: reputation and the experience justifies

[00:38:03] Speaker: it. It's just such and that's Disney has

[00:38:05] Speaker: been able to do it, but it's the

[00:38:07] Speaker: details. It's like you can't just get

[00:38:08] Speaker: the big thing.

[00:38:09] Speaker: >> It's all these little things. And we

[00:38:11] Speaker: went to my wife just ran the Boston

[00:38:12] Speaker: Marathon and we stayed at this lovely

[00:38:15] Speaker: hotel and they just did things for kids

[00:38:17] Speaker: inside the hotel

[00:38:18] Speaker: >> and they had a safe for example that the

[00:38:21] Speaker: kids could crack at night and inside of

[00:38:23] Speaker: the safe it would it would just make all

[00:38:25] Speaker: these crazy siren noises and they would

[00:38:27] Speaker: pretend like they were going to get them

[00:38:28] Speaker: in trouble and inside the safe would be

[00:38:30] Speaker: something different for the kids every

[00:38:31] Speaker: night.

[00:38:32] Speaker: >> I thought that was so fant. So little

[00:38:34] Speaker: details that I've just now my kids we

[00:38:36] Speaker: ever like they said, "Mommy, are you

[00:38:37] Speaker: running again?" Cuz we want to go back

[00:38:38] Speaker: to that hotel.

[00:38:39] Speaker: >> We'll wait till they go to Disney and

[00:38:40] Speaker: see what the cast members do with them

[00:38:42] Speaker: there. Every night it's a campfire.

[00:38:44] Speaker: There's a movie under the stars. You can

[00:38:45] Speaker: buy candy like a movie theater. It's

[00:38:47] Speaker: very special. Poolside entertainment

[00:38:49] Speaker: every day,

[00:38:50] Speaker: >> right?

[00:38:50] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:38:51] Speaker: >> So it's neat. So maybe hopefully someone

[00:38:53] Speaker: who might not have considered the Disney

[00:38:55] Speaker: properties and and it's not just Orlando

[00:38:58] Speaker: obviously. So

[00:38:59] Speaker: >> no Disneyland, there's Alani in Hawaii.

[00:39:01] Speaker: There's Bureau Beach, Hilton Head,

[00:39:03] Speaker: Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by

[00:39:05] Speaker: Disney. There's so many different If you

[00:39:08] Speaker: appreciate and enjoy the service of

[00:39:11] Speaker: Disney and the accommodations, you can

[00:39:13] Speaker: travel the world with Disney.

[00:39:14] Speaker: >> Yeah. And so they tried to rope me in

[00:39:16] Speaker: and I'm e I love sales and so I'm easily

[00:39:18] Speaker: sold. That's if you didn't know that

[00:39:20] Speaker: about sales people. Boy, we love being

[00:39:22] Speaker: sold. It's like you appreciate a good

[00:39:23] Speaker: pitch. But they tried to sell me and

[00:39:26] Speaker: maybe you know this and I just randomly

[00:39:28] Speaker: we didn't talk about this earlier. um

[00:39:30] Speaker: the Disney um like membership that you

[00:39:33] Speaker: can buy.

[00:39:34] Speaker: >> Disney Vacation Club.

[00:39:35] Speaker: >> That's what it is. Yes. And so they

[00:39:37] Speaker: tried to pitch it to me. I remember some

[00:39:38] Speaker: of it. Of course, I had two or three uh

[00:39:40] Speaker: cocktails by the time they pitched it. I

[00:39:42] Speaker: think that was intentional.

[00:39:42] Speaker: >> And I'm surprised you didn't buy.

[00:39:44] Speaker: >> Oh, I got close, but I just thought of

[00:39:46] Speaker: it. The return on investment appears to

[00:39:48] Speaker: not truly be there for at least a

[00:39:50] Speaker: decade, maybe two decades.

[00:39:52] Speaker: >> So, yeah. I mean, you pay a very large

[00:39:55] Speaker: um Let me preface with I don't sell

[00:39:56] Speaker: Disney Vacation Club, but I'm very

[00:39:58] Speaker: familiar with it. So, um, you pay a very

[00:40:00] Speaker: large lump sum premium upfront. So,

[00:40:03] Speaker: obviously the longer you have it, they

[00:40:05] Speaker: they market that you save up to 50% on

[00:40:08] Speaker: room stays, but you have to stay. And

[00:40:11] Speaker: then, so again, 10 years is where you're

[00:40:13] Speaker: like break even. Again, that all depends

[00:40:15] Speaker: on the home resort that you bought and

[00:40:18] Speaker: how many points you bought and the types

[00:40:20] Speaker: of accommodations and how far you

[00:40:21] Speaker: stretch your points for you to see your

[00:40:24] Speaker: break even point. So, it's different for

[00:40:25] Speaker: every family. It looks very different.

[00:40:27] Speaker: Um, but it it is a model that fits for

[00:40:29] Speaker: some people.

[00:40:30] Speaker: >> Yeah. It and just to put some numbers

[00:40:32] Speaker: behind all this, I think they were

[00:40:33] Speaker: pitching for a family of five, I think

[00:40:35] Speaker: it was $80,000 upfront is what they were

[00:40:37] Speaker: trying to pitch me.

[00:40:38] Speaker: >> Again, it just depends on how many

[00:40:39] Speaker: points. I would say a family of five um

[00:40:43] Speaker: would need a onebedroom. So, you

[00:40:45] Speaker: probably would need for a a week.

[00:40:47] Speaker: >> I need two. They told me as you get they

[00:40:49] Speaker: try to future proof. They were selling

[00:40:51] Speaker: me. I know.

[00:40:52] Speaker: >> But you told me you guys are fine and

[00:40:53] Speaker: you guys can make a normal room.

[00:40:54] Speaker: everyone ends up in the same bed kind of

[00:40:56] Speaker: thing, right?

[00:40:56] Speaker: >> We're sucking it up to we had three or

[00:40:58] Speaker: four-year-old on our hand.

[00:40:59] Speaker: >> So, you don't need a two-bedroom villa.

[00:41:00] Speaker: You could with five you can do a

[00:41:02] Speaker: one-bedroom villa. Um, unless there are

[00:41:04] Speaker: some one-bedroom villas that only sleep

[00:41:06] Speaker: up to four. So, maybe that's where they

[00:41:07] Speaker: were like,

[00:41:08] Speaker: >> well, they kept saying and I just they

[00:41:10] Speaker: kept saying that you're going to be do

[00:41:12] Speaker: this is a lifetime membership, right?

[00:41:14] Speaker: So,

[00:41:15] Speaker: >> 50 years.

[00:41:15] Speaker: >> 50 years. Well, that'll be my lifetime.

[00:41:17] Speaker: Um, we don't live so long in the round

[00:41:19] Speaker: family. So, that's certainly going to be

[00:41:20] Speaker: my lifetime. Um, so the point is it's

[00:41:23] Speaker: like you have to imagine this when

[00:41:25] Speaker: you're older and your kids are no longer

[00:41:26] Speaker: little babies.

[00:41:27] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:41:28] Speaker: >> And so now why am I going back and I'll

[00:41:30] Speaker: be in my 50s, 60s. So it's like, okay,

[00:41:33] Speaker: >> so you might take the grandkids. Do you

[00:41:35] Speaker: want a onebedroom with your grandbabies

[00:41:37] Speaker: like and now you're in your older, you

[00:41:40] Speaker: know, later years. It's like,

[00:41:41] Speaker: >> huh, so now you might want an adjoining

[00:41:43] Speaker: room. So that that's why they were

[00:41:45] Speaker: upselling me.

[00:41:46] Speaker: >> Yeah. So

[00:41:46] Speaker: >> and it's never cheaper than today if you

[00:41:48] Speaker: want it.

[00:41:49] Speaker: >> Oh, yeah. And the more points you buy,

[00:41:50] Speaker: there is a better promotion on that. And

[00:41:52] Speaker: that's true. It is true. Um, and there

[00:41:54] Speaker: is such a thing as what they call add-on

[00:41:56] Speaker: itis that if you bought a lower one

[00:41:58] Speaker: thinking you have a onebedroom, then you

[00:42:00] Speaker: will have the the itch to buy more. So,

[00:42:02] Speaker: you're going to end up with more anyway.

[00:42:03] Speaker: So, not why not buy them now? Um, don't

[00:42:06] Speaker: get me wrong, Disney Vacation Club is

[00:42:08] Speaker: incredible. And if you plan to visit

[00:42:10] Speaker: Disney three times a year, it actually

[00:42:12] Speaker: could be a good fit for you. Um, some of

[00:42:15] Speaker: my clients actually are Disney Vacation

[00:42:17] Speaker: Club members and they come through me

[00:42:18] Speaker: directly just to purchase tickets. Um,

[00:42:20] Speaker: and I help them all the same. As long as

[00:42:22] Speaker: the ticket is a three-day ticket or

[00:42:23] Speaker: more, I will give you the same level of

[00:42:25] Speaker: service. It doesn't matter. Um, but

[00:42:27] Speaker: yeah, I have Disney vacation. I just got

[00:42:29] Speaker: off the phone with one and he's staying

[00:42:30] Speaker: at I keep saying this Riviera as well in

[00:42:32] Speaker: November.

[00:42:33] Speaker: >> Um, and he's doing tickets through me

[00:42:35] Speaker: and I will plan the exact same vacation.

[00:42:37] Speaker: So, it fits for a lot of people. It's 50

[00:42:39] Speaker: years. Oh, so I would say if you bought

[00:42:42] Speaker: 150 thou 150 point contract, it's

[00:42:44] Speaker: probably like around 27,000. Um, so it's

[00:42:47] Speaker: like 250 per point,

[00:42:49] Speaker: >> right?

[00:42:50] Speaker: >> So,

[00:42:50] Speaker: >> and they don't go up once I buy them. Is

[00:42:52] Speaker: that how it works?

[00:42:53] Speaker: >> The premium does not go up. The dues can

[00:42:54] Speaker: go up and they can't go up a max of 15%

[00:42:57] Speaker: each year.

[00:42:58] Speaker: >> Um, so but but honestly, once you hit

[00:43:00] Speaker: that break even point, if your only

[00:43:02] Speaker: expense to stay in these resorts from

[00:43:04] Speaker: year 11 to year 50 is just your dues,

[00:43:08] Speaker: you're sitting pretty. Got it.

[00:43:09] Speaker: >> Um I know Disney, you want me to sell

[00:43:12] Speaker: DVC? No. Um

[00:43:14] Speaker: >> no. Um so it it's the right model for

[00:43:17] Speaker: [clears throat] some people. Um so I was

[00:43:20] Speaker: going to say, is there is it a complete

[00:43:21] Speaker: scam? Cuz once again, I did did my

[00:43:23] Speaker: research and it god I hate the internet.

[00:43:26] Speaker: I just

[00:43:27] Speaker: >> some people just thought it was the

[00:43:28] Speaker: worst scam and horrible getaway and then

[00:43:31] Speaker: all these people said I wanted to sell

[00:43:32] Speaker: it and I can't sell it. Now I bought

[00:43:34] Speaker: this thing.

[00:43:34] Speaker: >> So I'm funny that you say that. Um, I

[00:43:37] Speaker: would say of everyone's just general

[00:43:39] Speaker: thought on time shares are that they're

[00:43:41] Speaker: a complete scam and they are or they're

[00:43:43] Speaker: you can't get rid of it. Disney Vacation

[00:43:45] Speaker: Club is so unique and it's the only time

[00:43:47] Speaker: share that you can resell and probably

[00:43:50] Speaker: recoup more than the initial premium if

[00:43:53] Speaker: you kept it for 10, 15 years and be left

[00:43:57] Speaker: with all I spent on this was the dues

[00:43:58] Speaker: every year then if and you can really

[00:44:00] Speaker: sell it. Um, so it's it's the right

[00:44:03] Speaker: model, like I said, for some people. If

[00:44:05] Speaker: you are an avid Disney go and you're

[00:44:07] Speaker: going to go, I would say do it if you

[00:44:09] Speaker: are going to go twice a year.

[00:44:10] Speaker: >> Interesting.

[00:44:11] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:44:12] Speaker: >> Interesting. So, we maybe I'll revisit

[00:44:14] Speaker: this. I just thought it was a scam and I

[00:44:16] Speaker: was getting sold and

[00:44:17] Speaker: >> I told you I know all facets. I will

[00:44:18] Speaker: talk.

[00:44:19] Speaker: >> I get it. I just I'm like I How many

[00:44:20] Speaker: times can I go to the park? It's so We

[00:44:22] Speaker: have like I'm so excited to go with my

[00:44:24] Speaker: daughter who just turned four.

[00:44:25] Speaker: >> I'm like that'll be fun. She's never

[00:44:27] Speaker: been cuz we went just with the two boys

[00:44:29] Speaker: and she was so little the last time we

[00:44:30] Speaker: went. We didn't take her. She was like

[00:44:32] Speaker: one

[00:44:33] Speaker: >> and so now we're going to redo it. But

[00:44:35] Speaker: I'm just like I don't necessarily think

[00:44:36] Speaker: I want to be in the park three times a

[00:44:38] Speaker: year.

[00:44:38] Speaker: >> I'm so glad you're saying that because

[00:44:40] Speaker: we just we wanted to go to Disney for

[00:44:42] Speaker: spring break because the kids had all

[00:44:44] Speaker: five days and it's so rare, but I know

[00:44:46] Speaker: as a travel agent that the parks is the

[00:44:48] Speaker: last place I want to be for Easter

[00:44:50] Speaker: weekend. So, we went to Disney and we

[00:44:52] Speaker: stayed at those resorts and we had the

[00:44:55] Speaker: most incredible vacation, but we didn't

[00:44:57] Speaker: go to the park. I went to the park one

[00:44:58] Speaker: morning. I I'm an annual passholder, so

[00:45:00] Speaker: I'm I can go, but my kids are like,

[00:45:02] Speaker: "Before dad wakes up, can we go rope

[00:45:04] Speaker: drop Hollywood Studios a Tower Terror?"

[00:45:06] Speaker: I'm like, "Okay, fine." Yeah,

[00:45:07] Speaker: >> only a mom would do that. So, [laughter]

[00:45:10] Speaker: um and we did it. And um but other than

[00:45:12] Speaker: that, it was a resort only stay. And it

[00:45:15] Speaker: was I don't know what where else you're

[00:45:16] Speaker: going to go in the world to get

[00:45:17] Speaker: something different. Like, if you go to

[00:45:18] Speaker: Mexico, you're just going to a resort.

[00:45:20] Speaker: So, why not just go to Florida? Um,

[00:45:22] Speaker: >> yeah, that's a good point. A lot of

[00:45:23] Speaker: people choose to do that anyway,

[00:45:24] Speaker: >> right? So, I just went we went to

[00:45:26] Speaker: Disney, just we didn't go to the parks,

[00:45:27] Speaker: though,

[00:45:28] Speaker: >> right?

[00:45:28] Speaker: >> So, to answer your question, you don't

[00:45:29] Speaker: always have to go to the parks and plus

[00:45:31] Speaker: there's Verau Beach again, Hilton Head,

[00:45:33] Speaker: Alani, which we've talked about. Um,

[00:45:35] Speaker: >> so there's just different ways you could

[00:45:37] Speaker: look at it.

[00:45:37] Speaker: >> Yeah. I mean, that's a fascinating way

[00:45:39] Speaker: to look. And so, I wanted to touch on as

[00:45:41] Speaker: well the the dining plan cuz you

[00:45:42] Speaker: mentioned a dining plan. I wasn't aware

[00:45:44] Speaker: of a dining plan.

[00:45:46] Speaker: >> Help explain why that was a good value.

[00:45:47] Speaker: We ended up signing up for it. So

[00:45:49] Speaker: explain that to us.

[00:45:50] Speaker: >> So again, that is part of the

[00:45:52] Speaker: questioning with my clients. Is it the

[00:45:53] Speaker: right fit for your family? It is so

[00:45:56] Speaker: specific because it is a lot of food.

[00:45:58] Speaker: And if you told me that you want to do

[00:46:00] Speaker: all the a lot of character experiences

[00:46:01] Speaker: and you want to sit down dinner or

[00:46:03] Speaker: breakfast every single day of your stay,

[00:46:05] Speaker: I would say let's look at the dining

[00:46:06] Speaker: plan. But if you told me that you wanted

[00:46:09] Speaker: to do like two character experiences and

[00:46:12] Speaker: you're just going to share a hot dog or

[00:46:14] Speaker: your kids share meals, I would say it's

[00:46:16] Speaker: probably not right. So it is a savings.

[00:46:18] Speaker: They say it's about a 20% savings if you

[00:46:20] Speaker: were going to buy that food anyways, but

[00:46:22] Speaker: I never want my clients to be in the

[00:46:24] Speaker: position that they're like, "Oh my god,

[00:46:25] Speaker: we have all these credits at the end and

[00:46:26] Speaker: we have to

[00:46:27] Speaker: >> Yeah, that won't be a problem. Their

[00:46:28] Speaker: food is actually pretty pretty

[00:46:30] Speaker: legitimate." Like, it's pretty darn

[00:46:32] Speaker: good.

[00:46:32] Speaker: >> I think people say to me, they're like,

[00:46:34] Speaker: "Isn't the food not that great?" I'm

[00:46:35] Speaker: like, "You're eating at the wrong

[00:46:36] Speaker: places. You need to talk to me. I know

[00:46:37] Speaker: where good food is." Again, my husband

[00:46:39] Speaker: wouldn't go if the food wasn't

[00:46:40] Speaker: >> And we bring all the chachkis home. They

[00:46:41] Speaker: have like glowing ice cubes and like the

[00:46:44] Speaker: It's like all these drinks for the kids.

[00:46:46] Speaker: >> Yeah. That's really interesting. And

[00:46:47] Speaker: they stop the whole dining thing like

[00:46:49] Speaker: every 15 minutes and another character

[00:46:52] Speaker: runs in and does a performance and

[00:46:53] Speaker: [clears throat] character. Yeah.

[00:46:54] Speaker: >> And then they run away and it's just

[00:46:56] Speaker: it's well done.

[00:46:57] Speaker: >> It's magical. It's truly not to be

[00:46:59] Speaker: cliche, but it's it's magical

[00:47:01] Speaker: experience.

[00:47:02] Speaker: >> So maybe I'm more sold into it than I

[00:47:04] Speaker: thought, but I figured uh I just I don't

[00:47:06] Speaker: know. I think it's interesting and and

[00:47:08] Speaker: even people in my family are like I'm

[00:47:09] Speaker: not going to that. Like that's why I

[00:47:10] Speaker: never went as a kid.

[00:47:11] Speaker: >> Yeah. And because it's just kind of one

[00:47:13] Speaker: of those things and and uh I will say

[00:47:15] Speaker: it's not super inexpensive. What my

[00:47:18] Speaker: advice would be is I would, you know, if

[00:47:20] Speaker: you're just you're like thinking, oh,

[00:47:22] Speaker: how much can I afford for these trips?

[00:47:24] Speaker: I'd rather go once in a in a much, you

[00:47:27] Speaker: know, longer duration in between and do

[00:47:29] Speaker: it the right way with the fast pass and

[00:47:32] Speaker: or do it in a like I'm I'm okay taking

[00:47:35] Speaker: our kids out like two days and not

[00:47:37] Speaker: going, [clears throat] for example,

[00:47:38] Speaker: during peak season. And a lot of people

[00:47:40] Speaker: are, especially if they're going they

[00:47:42] Speaker: say they're going one time, they they do

[00:47:44] Speaker: it the right way and they don't go over

[00:47:45] Speaker: holidays.

[00:47:46] Speaker: >> Yeah. Don't go over holiday. But do the

[00:47:47] Speaker: do it the what I say the right way is

[00:47:49] Speaker: hire someone like you. Get the right

[00:47:51] Speaker: planning.

[00:47:52] Speaker: >> Make sure you do it the like just you

[00:47:53] Speaker: will have the worst experience. You'll

[00:47:55] Speaker: never go back. And you'll say why are

[00:47:56] Speaker: all these nuts going back to this place?

[00:47:58] Speaker: Like my brother's like it's so crowded.

[00:47:59] Speaker: Who the heck wants to go here?

[00:48:00] Speaker: >> Yeah. There's a there's a way to do

[00:48:02] Speaker: Disney right that you want to go back.

[00:48:04] Speaker: It's the Disney blues is real. But if

[00:48:06] Speaker: you have to do it right to want that.

[00:48:08] Speaker: >> Correct. Um, so it's it's every family

[00:48:11] Speaker: it's about finding what their perfect

[00:48:14] Speaker: vacation looks like for them and that's

[00:48:16] Speaker: what we do.

[00:48:18] Speaker: >> Well, nice. I I'm trying to think what

[00:48:19] Speaker: else I could really ask. I mean, these

[00:48:21] Speaker: are the essentials. The reality is

[00:48:22] Speaker: anyone who's listening to this and has

[00:48:24] Speaker: gotten this far through this podcast,

[00:48:26] Speaker: they probably have some interest in

[00:48:27] Speaker: Disney. And the only way to truly

[00:48:29] Speaker: experience it is to have someone that

[00:48:31] Speaker: knows to what questions to ask and to

[00:48:34] Speaker: help curate the experience. And so I'm

[00:48:37] Speaker: looking forward to our trip with you and

[00:48:38] Speaker: maybe afterwards I might even bring you

[00:48:40] Speaker: back for a post visit and

[00:48:42] Speaker: >> I would love that

[00:48:42] Speaker: >> a discussion of the key learnings. But

[00:48:45] Speaker: the big thing is is um I don't know just

[00:48:48] Speaker: to think it through. When I went without

[00:48:50] Speaker: some any help it's just like it yes it's

[00:48:53] Speaker: a great location but I was more stressed

[00:48:56] Speaker: about I didn't like literally I'd be

[00:48:57] Speaker: there and I had no idea what I would do

[00:48:59] Speaker: for dinner that night.

[00:49:00] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:49:00] Speaker: >> That's me by myself. Like that's how I

[00:49:02] Speaker: would plan anything. It's the same thing

[00:49:04] Speaker: if you found out someone bought a house

[00:49:06] Speaker: and just knocked on the seller's door

[00:49:07] Speaker: and said, "Can I buy your house?" You

[00:49:09] Speaker: would not feel good about that. Be like,

[00:49:11] Speaker: "Well, that's not the right thing.

[00:49:12] Speaker: You're not protected." Like, you don't

[00:49:14] Speaker: know everything, all the questions you

[00:49:15] Speaker: need to ask. You don't know everything.

[00:49:16] Speaker: >> Well, I just sold a home yesterday, had

[00:49:18] Speaker: a closing, and I represented the buyer,

[00:49:20] Speaker: had a for sale by owner who's done this

[00:49:22] Speaker: three times, Matt. I know exactly what

[00:49:24] Speaker: I'm doing. By the way, my I have a

[00:49:26] Speaker: family member that's in the title

[00:49:28] Speaker: business in two states away. Like, I

[00:49:30] Speaker: don't need any help,

[00:49:31] Speaker: >> right? Let's just say his experience

[00:49:33] Speaker: wasn't ideal, right?

[00:49:35] Speaker: >> That calls a friend. I was getting text

[00:49:37] Speaker: messages at 11 o'clock at night. He

[00:49:38] Speaker: didn't know what was going on the next

[00:49:40] Speaker: day because no one's there to help him,

[00:49:41] Speaker: right?

[00:49:42] Speaker: >> I'm like, I don't represent you.

[00:49:43] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:49:44] Speaker: >> And I like I don't know. It's just his

[00:49:47] Speaker: experience could have been much much

[00:49:48] Speaker: better had he chosen to actually hire

[00:49:51] Speaker: someone.

[00:49:51] Speaker: >> Yeah.

[00:49:52] Speaker: >> Um

[00:49:52] Speaker: >> there's people out there that do it. And

[00:49:53] Speaker: again, I can't stress enough that my

[00:49:55] Speaker: services are completely complimentary. I

[00:49:58] Speaker: do not trust

[00:49:58] Speaker: >> If you're spending the money for Disney,

[00:50:00] Speaker: do it right. like,

[00:50:01] Speaker: >> yeah,

[00:50:02] Speaker: >> I don't know. I just

[00:50:03] Speaker: >> it'll make you will have a very

[00:50:04] Speaker: different vacation,

[00:50:05] Speaker: >> right?

[00:50:06] Speaker: >> Well, that's cool. Well, I appreciate

[00:50:07] Speaker: you joining me. This is certainly not

[00:50:09] Speaker: like my traditional real estate podcast,

[00:50:12] Speaker: but um I know there's enough clients I

[00:50:14] Speaker: have so many clients that especially

[00:50:16] Speaker: have children that have thought about

[00:50:17] Speaker: this. And I'm just hopeful that they

[00:50:19] Speaker: hear this, check out your link, and talk

[00:50:21] Speaker: to you and and really there's no

[00:50:23] Speaker: obligation outside of having a

[00:50:24] Speaker: conversation. Just I didn't even know

[00:50:26] Speaker: when like when to plan it. For example,

[00:50:28] Speaker: you knew the schedules. you know, like

[00:50:30] Speaker: this is when you want to do this. This

[00:50:31] Speaker: is where you want to go.

[00:50:32] Speaker: >> I've had people call me when they're

[00:50:34] Speaker: there and they just haven't bought their

[00:50:35] Speaker: park tickets yet and they're like, "We

[00:50:37] Speaker: want to go tomorrow." I'm like, "Okay,

[00:50:39] Speaker: yeah,

[00:50:39] Speaker: >> let's go."

[00:50:40] Speaker: >> That's awesome.

[00:50:40] Speaker: >> Let's go.

[00:50:41] Speaker: >> Well, I'm bad, but not that bad. Um,

[00:50:43] Speaker: [laughter]

[00:50:43] Speaker: >> no, you did good. We're planning.

[00:50:45] Speaker: >> We're doing it. We're doing our thing.

[00:50:47] Speaker: So, um, well, thanks for coming. Like I

[00:50:48] Speaker: said, maybe I'll have you back after the

[00:50:50] Speaker: big trip, but you know, Disney is, uh, I

[00:50:53] Speaker: don't know. It's such a a unique

[00:50:54] Speaker: opportunity. I ignore all the, uh, the

[00:50:56] Speaker: political stuff, by the way. Boy,

[00:50:58] Speaker: that'll drive you nuts. Yeah, I just I I

[00:51:00] Speaker: just stay neutral on all conversations

[00:51:03] Speaker: of that and

[00:51:04] Speaker: >> I'm there for the kids. I'm there for

[00:51:05] Speaker: the experience. I don't talk about the

[00:51:07] Speaker: rest.

[00:51:08] Speaker: >> When you go there, I just want people to

[00:51:09] Speaker: be happy and not worry about the noise

[00:51:10] Speaker: of the world. So, I'm just just go

[00:51:14] Speaker: put my happy sunglasses on.

[00:51:16] Speaker: >> That's why I'm there. [laughter]

[00:51:17] Speaker: >> That's it.

[00:51:18] Speaker: >> Give me a drink.

[00:51:18] Speaker: >> That's it. Well, thanks once again for

[00:51:20] Speaker: joining me and I'll have your

[00:51:22] Speaker: information on the website and all all

[00:51:25] Speaker: the things and hopefully [music] people

[00:51:27] Speaker: reach out to you. But I think uh you do

[00:51:28] Speaker: a heck of a service and uh and that's

[00:51:30] Speaker: it. Once again, thanks for joining.

[00:51:31] Speaker: >> Thank you.

[00:51:32] Speaker: >> All right.

[00:51:33] Speaker: [music]

[00:51:41] Speaker: [music]
