Published September 25, 2025. The speakers’ views are educational, not financial advice; returns are not guaranteed and Bitcoin can lose value.
Neil Roseman is a Maryland entrepreneur, private lender, and owner/operator of Block M Investments. He works with investors on non-owner-occupied homes, multifamily properties, and commercial real estate. He is also involved in Bitcoin mining—the intersection that shapes his conversation with Matt Rhine. In this 2025 interview, Matt describes Neil’s Bitcoin holdings as worth tens of millions of dollars, adding context to his views on mining, custody, and risk.
A University of Michigan graduate, Neil also owns LeadProbe, a lead-paint inspection business serving Maryland and Washington, DC. He brings that local investor experience to a conversation about mining, custody, and the practical differences between Bitcoin and rental property.
