As the Director of Operations for the Matt Rhine Group, Jen Williams combines her expertise in real estate, education, and leadership to support both our agents and our clients. A licensed Realtor®, Jen focuses on strengthening the systems and strategies that allow our team to deliver exceptional service while coaching and empowering agents to grow their businesses.

Jen holds a Master of Science in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University, along with a graduate certificate in Administration and Supervision in Education. Before stepping into real estate operations, she built a career in teaching and leadership, skills that now fuel her passion for agent development and creating an outstanding client experience.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Maryland native, Jen brings discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of service to everything she does. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother who enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time with her family, including her dog and cat.
